Not Impressed AT ALL!

Watched all the VIP celebrities opening their boxes and thought this would be a fun thing to be part of. Not at all my experience! Ordered my box, 2 months ago, and still haven't received the first box. Sent an email to customer service in November, and was told they were shipping end of December and would get a tracking number as soon as it left the warehouse. Nothing. Contacted customer service again and they gave me a link to track, but no tracking number. Then tells me that Canada Post attempted delivery on January 1st. First off Canada Post was closed on January 1st (New Years Day) and 2nd, and if they sent it the end of December, like they claim it did, where is my tracking number, so I can track it myself? Because it wasn't shipped at all and they want to blame the postal carrier for "losing the shipment". I know how this works. I worked in freight forwarding for over 10 years, and have heard every excuse in the book! Oh and the membership, which I thought I signed up for, according to their customer service I have it, but when I log in I don't have a membership! What a joke. This was supposed to be #FabFitFun and my whole experience with your company has anything but Fab or Fun... And by the looks of the other reviews... There is nothing about Fit in the box either! The #FabFitFun concept is a great one, but if you can't deliver quality products to your customers, on time, and provide them with outstanding customer service, you are going to fail miserably!

Hey Bev! It sounds like you pre-ordered the Editor's Box which was scheduled to be delivered to members late December/early January. Shipments going to canada take up to 14 business days to be delivered from the date they leave our facility. We do send all tracking details directly to the email you signed up with. Also anyone who joins becomes a member either with the seasonal or annual plan. I'd be more than happy to check on the status of your shipment and account since you're having some trouble when you login and haven't received tracking I'm wondering if we may have the incorrect email address for you. I recently subscribed to FabFitFun after seeing a lot of advertisement on facebook with famous people opening up their boxes. My friend send me a referral with a $10 off coupon so I decided to go for it. I was so looking forward to receiving the eye shadow palette that everyone gets in the box. However, it was missing from my box. I sent a email to their customer service dept and the response I got was so unbelievable. They said that I had to type Eye Fab when I was registering in order to guarantee the Eye shadow to be included. Here is the Lie: no where on the subscription does it ask for a code! My friend who also got her box did receive the palette and didn't have to enter NO Special Code. I asked them if they can send me the Palette separately and their response was. "sorry all the eyeshadow palettes are already packed in boxes so we cant sent you one. How can all the palettes be packed in boxes when she told me that you had to enter a special code in order for the palette to be packed in your box! This company is a scam. They use famous people to try to get you to subscribe to their service. I would Never Recommend Them to Any of My Family and Friends. Poor Customer Service and False Advertisement!

Hey Margie!

Sorry for any confusion. We had a special promo running during black Friday where members could enter the code "Eyes" for example to guarantee the bonus item in their Editor's Box be the Eye shadow Palette, and a code for "Boost" to guarantee the Dermalogica Skin Hydrating Booster be the bonus item. If you used a $10 off code you would not have been able to enter both codes, only one code can be applied at checkout.

The eyeshadow palette was also included in every Fall box this past September along with the scarf so we know some members have been confusing it for the Editor's Box. The Editor's Box contains 8 items all members were guaranteed to recieve plus a mystery bonus item. The Mystery Bonus options are as follows (in addition to the nail polish:
Pure Cosmetics Nude Collection Eyeshadow Palette $50 value
OSEA Atmosphere Protection Cream $48 value
Dermalogica Skin Hydrating Booster $56 value
Anderson Lilley Beach Butter Body Cream $24 value

Members would recieve one of those 4 bonus items and it's a surprise which one you will get unless you used one of those Black Friday promos which allowed you to choose your bonus item. We included a link to the full reveal on the checkout page which showed that you'd get any one of the bonus items. All influencers and affiliates were also sent boxes at random so anyone posting the box celebrity or not also received any one of the bonus items, we did not send anyone specific bonuses unless they were members who used one of the black friday codes.

Someone mentioned to me that reviews for FFF haven't been good, however, I've had a great experience with my first one! My plan was to use some of the items for my daughter's stocking! She loved all the FFF items in her stocking and I've loved the "extras" I kept for me! Thanks for all the great items/treats!

Absolutely disappointed in this company. I'm two years I've only received two packages. I emailed numerous times but since the email was an old one through my prior job I have no proof that I've emailed. Yet they billed me for it. Thankfully I received a refund for the last year but nothing for the first year. Funny because when I talked to someone on the phone they said it showed I never received my boxes, yet now they say I received them all. No like I said I received two. Don't waste your money go find a box worth it!

We send tracking details for each order we ship, directly to the members email supplied at sign up. Our records show your orders were shipped successfully. We are always happy to file a lost mail claim and work with any member who is having trouble with delivery, we typically ask members to get in touch with us right away if their package shows it was delivered and they did not receive it. Unfortunately orders from two years ago showing successful delivery are too old for the postal system to allow a claim to be filed. A manager has been in contact with you in regards to your order history and should you have any questions they'd be happy to assist you further.

First... I'm aggravated that "celebrities' get better boxes. Also... the candle didn't last long so I call BS on the "retail" price. My necklace was awful. I wanted a bar necklace but nope. Awful... Better step up your game FFF because their is a lot of competition out there.

Our affiliates and influencers get the exact same boxes as our members, we do not curate any of our boxes special for celebrities or influencers of any kind. Many of our influencers start off as customers and begin sharing on their social media accounts so much they become affiliates. Anyone can join our affiliate program by signing up at https://fabfitfun.com/affiliates/

What box you get depends on when you joined. It sounds like you received the Winter 2016 Box as your first box which was shipped to all members who joined by October 19th which is the day Winter boxes sold out. Anyone who joined after this date got the Editor's Box as their first box which is the one that includes the bar necklace, scarf, etc. We also made the Editor's Box available in the Shop section of the member dashboard so any members who wanted it in addition to Winter could purchase it there. The Editor's box is the box we offer in between season's once one of our seasonal boxes sells out, it is curated from past box faves.

We hope this helps clarify and we are really excited to start sending out sneak peeks of the Spring Box soon which we really hope you will love.

Just got the editors box and I absolutely love all the items in there which is huge for me since I tend to be a little picky about what I use for makeup and skin products. The mod cloth is my favorite, it's prefect to keep at work for when I'm freezing lol. I also really liked the coloring book and pencils too. The necklace really added to all the items and was a nice surprise All and all I would say that I'm super satisfied with FabFitFun!

I had subscribed because of all the rage. Then I quickly cancelled my subscription after visiting this site. I had read that Canadian subscribers didn't get the same items, or even the same amount, as the US customers. I couldn't cancel my editors box, but didn't continue on with the other boxes. Well, I feel like such a loser reading these "disappointed" reviews. I received my editors box a few days ago, and am so pleased with ALL the items I got. SO pleased, I have renewed my subscription! Thank you FabFitFun for introducing me to new products. I can't wait to receive the spring box!

I am so seriously pissed off at the whole experience with this company. They have my money, but didn't make it clear I needed to order a gift card rather than a box for my niece to have the subscription. No way to change it, and there are no cancellations. Wow, who does that? The WORST customer service imaginable.

If you created the subscription in your name or email and would like her to receive the updates on the account instead we'd be happy to change the name or email on the account. You don't need a gift card in order to create a subscription for someone else you would just use your billing information and your gift recipient's shipping information. A huge let down.

I received my editors box today and I was extremely disappointed. I had watched videos of celebrities opening their 2016 EB and I was so looking forward to the eyeshadow pallets. Well, needless to say, my box didn't have the eyeshadow. I suppose that is reserved for celebrities to blog with. I was told that my "rotten flesh" colored nail polish was MY bonus item by their 'lack-of-customer-service representative. The lip stain was watery, and that cheap necklace was already damaged when I took it out of the bag. The ONLY good item was the mud scarf. Don't waste your money. I immediately cancelled my subscription.
One a side not to whomever writes responses for these reviews, don't sugar coat it. Fix the issues with your box and stop telling reviewers that you are sorrybthey aren't happy!

Very dissatisfied with the winter box. My first and last box. Just cancelled. They need to spend less on fancy packaging and give better more useful products. I only liked the candle. I feel like I spent 50.00 on a 20.00 candle. No more for me!

I don't understand the disappointment in the Winter Box. I thought it was a great box. I have used everything in it and have found a lot of new products by being a subscriber that I would have never found. The fitness part of the box was a 2 month subscription to Barre3 online Fitness. When you sign up for a subscription box you go in knowing that you take a chance on what you get. I love being surprised 4 times a year and I am looking forward to the Spring Box.

Disappointed

We're happy to hear you received your Winter Box, however we're pretty sad to hear you didn't enjoy it. We always hope each member will receive and love every item included in our boxes each season so when we hear someone didn't enjoy something we really take it to heart.

We really hoped the planner, candle and necklace would help bring that Winter feel to the box. The Moleskine planner was something we were excited to include since it can be used as a planner or a daily journal we hoped members would use it to not only plan out the year ahead but to document their year and use the journal as a place to go back and reflect on once the year is over. The candle and necklace are both made from high quality materials so we hope you'll get a chance to try them out. The candle by DL&CO is chemical free and provides a burn of at least 40 hours, we hope you'll enjoy the wintery scent throughout your home this holiday season.

As a photographer for urban outfitters, I attend buyers meetings on occasion and can tell you that they made a lot of revenue off of a pretty junky box this term. Conservatively worth 25.00 if you pieced it together at Nordstrom Rack, it was underwhelming and overpriced. Immediately cancelled service. The Fall box was actually great, but not a great direction and when they say a gold plated chain is worth 75.00, it's more like 9.99, so diminished trust.

I am so frustrated, the winter box was horrible, a chain with no pendant on it or anything? & that is $75. Very angry and not worth the money at all? Where was the fitness part of it? Cancelled my membership right away. SOOO disappointed.

Absolutely not worth it. Especially being in Canada and paying the exchange. Brutal. Wtf thank you cards and a organizer?! Boo mascara. This was my first box the winter one and it will be my last one. Where was this scarf they advertised the crap out of? Really disappointed and I was so excited

Hi Tracy!

We hope you've gotten a chance to really explore all of the things inside your Winter Box. The Butter London Mascara has a Conditioning formula that thickens as it separates and the molded brush ensures full and even application. I don't wear much make-up myself but I was wowed by this mascara so I hope you've had a chance to try it out and enjoy it too.

The Modcloth scarf was in the previous seasons box so sorry for any confusion there. In order to recieve that item you would've needed to order the Fall box in September. Good news is we've also included the scarf in the Editor's Box which is available for member purchase in the shop section of your member dashboard.

We know organizers and thank you cards are less digital than we're used to but there's something to be said for writing out your calendar and getting excited for future plans. With the thank you notes. We figured with the holiday season upon us it would be a great time to say "Cheers" to the new year, and let someone know you're thankful. Marie Mae cards are also made in America, and each purchase provides an hour of business school for women in emerging markets which is something we're also passionate about #girlpower.

We know the exchange rate for Canada isn't the best right now so we try to help by providing a flat shipping fee for international shipments. International postage is usually almost double what members pay per box to Canada, however we absorb everything on top of the flat rate as our way of sharing costs with our valued members.

Crappy items

The items were terrible in the winter 2016 box! I was debating using the useless thank you cards to send them a thanks for nothing box of nothing. The candle is useless and the mascara... well I have three already. What in the box is fitness, still trying to figure that out! Maybe it's the fake star pin? Where was the wonderful, scarf, blanket gloves for the winter time? Waste of money! The blush... I mean lmao I would never wear blush that pink. I did like the body cream smell though, but hardly a nice tub of cream! Is this a scam? The notebook. Thanks but I have a cell phone,,, total crap!

Jodi, nothing makes us more sad than hearing someone didn't enjoy their box.

In regards to Winter - We know dry skin is a total Winter problem and we wanted to include a nice high quality body cream to soothe any cracked or dry winter skin. We hoped the candle would help bring Winter into your home, nothing says winter like cuddling by a fire and when you don't have access to a fireplace candles definitely help set the tone. We also hoped by including a planner you'd be able to plan for the year ahead and help you keep any new Year's Resolutions in place.

The Star Pin was not included in the value of the Winter Box but something we wanted members to wear to help raise support. We Partnered with the Starlight Children's Foundation to include the star pin to raise awareness to Starlight which provides seriously ill children and their families access to programs that offer the best in entertainment, education and innovative technology.

I ordered the 2016 Winter Box after watching Tori Spelling open a box and provide an awesome review. It seemed like she had the never ending box of items. I just got my box and I am very disappointed with it. The items don't seem worth what I spent. I will never order again from this company.

So this is my 2nd box, and seriously considering canceling future boxes. Not very pleased with the box contents - in fact, I'm quite disappointed. I saw the winter box for 2015, and that was a fabulous box. Ear buds, skin care kit by Dermilogica, a huge tub of whipped, wonderful skin cream, fingerless texting gloves, and other awesome goodies. This box contained a candle worth $45.00 (no way $20.00 tops), a fake gold plated necklace (? $75.00?), a planner, a tube of mascara, a gold star pin, face peel, a tube of lotion, and thank you cards (say what?!). All and all I think it probably is worth the $49.99 I paid for the box. Sooooooo disappointed. I was so excited too.

Plus I bought some add on's: not only was there not enough of some of the most sought after items - creating a free for all, and much disappointment for those not lucky enough to get those items, but the sweat shirt I bought wasn't in the box. I got an email yesterday informing me there was some sort of delay. I can only hope it arrives before June.

I think Funfitfab May have had some great past boxes, but I haven't been lucky enough to be the recipient of any so far. Not sure I am going to stick around to see if the sliding 2017 box shapes up.

In regards to your add-ons we did have a slight delivery delay with one of the sweatshirts but have been informed that all delayed items have also been processed and shipped so we hope you're currently enjoying your sweater. Yep - I agree with the others. Stay away! The items are cheap and they are not worth what they claim to be. In some cases you can't even find them on the website of the company who made them - so how can they say that a pair of headphones is worth $45 when I can't verify that? They can't. Go somewhere else, do another subscription from another company. But RUN from this one.

Misleading!

I ordered a box from this company because they market themselves as a fitness and fit lifestyle box. What I received was very different and worth nowhere near the $200 they claim. In fact, it was barely worth $20. I got a ton of coupons that were supposed to count as part of the value (NOT) and really cheap-o stuff. Also, NONE of it had to do with fitness. When I emailed my frustration to the customer service team, they told me that they aren't actually a fitness box... WHAT. And that they are really trying their hardest. I told them I wanted a refund and they did not offer one. I have told everyone I know how much of a scam they are despite all of their paid social marketing. Stay away unless you like being ripped off!

When you subscribe to our service we guarantee you'll receive a box full of products valued at over $200 each season. While we are passionate about fitness and living a healthy lifestyle we like to inspire happiness and personal growth through discovery. We do this by not sticking to one specific product type, in our boxes you may find a home good, tech item, fitness item, beauty product, lifestyle product, and even the occasional snack. We do try to include at least one product in our boxes each season that will help members in their quest for a healthy lifestyle but that item may not be directly related to fitness each season.
