SICK OF WRITING THEM BAD REVIEWS. I am hoping someone useful sees this and actually helps. Bad tie-up with the delivery partner and no real contact with them, trash customer care, a horrible experience and I lost $250 in the process. PLEASE DO NOT BUY. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE.
I placed an order on Fashion Nova and a few items did not fit me so I decided to place the return. I go to the return page I enter in the correct email and order number. The website does not recognize my order so that I cannot process my return. I've tried contacting customer service, but they have the worst customer service. The customer service is basically nonexistent. Please do not shop here and find other alternatives that are similar. You will save the headache and your money.
This company I believe is a scam! I never received my merchandise and there currier service said it was delivered! Not true! I really think they just stole my money. I sent emails to them and the curriers…. No answer!
I ordered 5 items, 3 of them were horrible quality. To me, it then falls in the "defect" category. They refused to find a solution and even if I remained extremely polite in all my emails, their last email was not respectful at all. This is in regards to Order #*******. I live in student accommodation where parcels are signed for at reception and then put in a residential locker. On January 16th my order was supposedly delivered but it was never signed for by reception and I never received an email about it being placed in a locker. I have emailed Fashion Nova a screenshot from my student accommodation team confirming this. They are giving me the run around about waiting 72 hours, checking with neighbours, etc. and not taking my claim seriously. Mind you I was even going to include these clothes in a back to school haul as I am an influencer with over 100K followers. But instead I will be making a video on how this company scams customers - and if you look online this seems to be common practice for them. I am also planning to open a claim with the Better Business Bureau as Fashion Nova customer service has been useless throughout this all giving me no-help responses. Beware to anyone not to shop with them as in situations like these they are no help! I would give a 0 star if I could.
When you need to exchange for a new size, Fashion Nova does not refund you. I ordered an S for my mom, mislead by their size chart, and she was actually an M. I shipped back the M, paid for shipping, and they "refunded" me with a gift card and not to the original form of payment as their policy states (attached for reference). Since I hard ordered an S when I re shipped the M, I ended up essentially buying the item twice and being forced by Fashion Nova to use my gift card instead of getting my money back for one of the two orders, which was the honorable thing for them to do.
I have waited over a month and it has shown my package in my home town for over a week now.and not delivered and now it won't track my package? I don't believe they ever shipped me what I had purchased and I am forced to have to contact my lawyer today. China scams.better watch out!

Before I placed an order I spoke with an associate who reassured me that I would get a refund to the original form of payment when my return was received. I was ordering a lot of items to try and didn't want store credit. They said I might have to pay for shipping but she "didn't see a reason why I wouldn't get a full refund to my CC.
I have been emailing back and forth now for two days trying to get my refund. Their customer service is very poor. Just not worth buying from here unless you know the item will fit perfectly and you are ok with subpar quality.

I ordered from Fashionnova and received a damaged item, which they ask you to submit information and photos on. I submitted this and photos clearly showing the item has a defective zipper sewn in. They refused to resolve this issue saying they cannot to anything due to "An erratic or exaggerated past is suggestive of "wardrobing;" an erratic or excessive past involving goods that have been worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or gone missing." I have never done or submitted anything about the above statement. This is definitely a baseless response to avoid giving a refund or replacement of item. There is no actual customer service. It is just back and forth e-mailing with someone who seems to just write whatever they want, possibly a copy-paste response. Definitely buyers beware of potential of defective items and no resolution of those issues.
I ordered shoes about a month ago and I am still waiting on the delivery. Order was done in 2023 and now it's 2024 still haven't received anything. I honestly think the service is not up to standard, I would rather order from shein cause they deliver their stuff on time never had an issue. It's also frustrating because this was my first order with them so already did not trust but I went ahead anyways. All in all if they can't deliver then it's best they close it. Completely disappointing.

There are many other websites that offers the same type of clothing without such sluggish delivery I experienced through them, and their offer of a store credit, when other online websites - misguided/ASOS/Pretty Little Thing - offer a refund is just not on.

On 10 Dec 2017, 3 WEEKS after payment was made, I had received items that are now worthless to me (aside from 1 which, at a stretch, can be worn hidden underneath a shirt jacket at work), they were ordered for a holiday, I hadn't known their service was so terribly Sluggish (auto generated tickets with informal greetings seems to be the sum total of their CS "service"). I have spent $80 yes EIGHT DOLLARS RETURNING THESE WORTHLESS ITEMS that was suppose to be for holiday. Please cancel order##9800608 - it was paid on Nov 26, 2017 for particular engagements, which ofcourse, have now passed, with no delivery, again making these items worthless.

I ordered shoes, I have the same pair in red already. So I order them in black not to mention I paid for speedy shipping to get them defective they fit like a 5 and I order a 7 same size as my red pair. They refuse to refund me the full purchase amount or let me return it with a free shipping label they also want me to pay to send faulty shoes back. So I order the black in the next size over and one other pair of shoes for my birthday and pay the speedy shipping it says 2 day as long as you order before 3pm eastern standard time not only did I not get it in time for my birthday which was more waisted money but the black shoes were faulty again. I want my money back for the shoes and the shipping. You guys have no ethical practice here and you don't care about your customers at all. Both orders together total to 113.66 that's including shipping I paid one order was 44.77 and the other is 68.89
They have cute stuff don't send nothing back you will be stuck with shipping and don't return they will give you a gift card I didn't use a gift card to buy your products I will never buy anything from them again me or my family.
I love shopping at fashion nova. The quality of the merchandise is amazing. I ordered a top in extra large and I got an email from fashion Nova stating that the blouse has sold out and we will refund you your money.
Therefore, I went back to the site and just ordered another size. A few days later I get both tops, I explained to Fashion Nova that I want a store credit since they don't give refunds. After the third time explaining their mistake, I get the same responses from AI customer service. There is no way that a human cannot solve this problem that they created. Customer Service has redeemed themselves, I was missing a small item, they quickly responded and rectified my concern with an apology. They sent me 2 defective items and then charged me to send back the package $8 AND I had to put it on a credit card. They refused to send me a label. AWFUL.
Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.
