After cancelling my flight, I never received email confirmation with details of my refund. I am still waiting for a refund on the flightnetwork fee as the terms indicated $80 would be kept but the remaining $203.79. Each time I have reached out to inquire, I get the runaround. Seems very sketchy!

While answer all the questions your site asked, with each one requiring a no thanks option and choosing seats, your site timed me out just as I was paying. When I restarted the process, the tickets were $200 more expensive. What a freaking ripoff!

Only site where I was able to easily navigate my way around and find international flights to mix-n-match so it would fit my schedule. No bundled offer to try to fix and seats available that even the airlines themselves did not claim to have. Bravo Flight Network!

I wasn't expecting to pay another $100 to pick out my seat. There weren't any left that weren't going to be an upcharge. I think this is a sneaky way of doing business.

It was difficult to navigate the website, which totally changed from the site I was on before. It is rediculous to charge for updating flight status and to pay for a ticket and not have an option for a free seat to sit on the flight you just payed for. If I were not meeting a group for a tour, I would not book with this airline and won't do so in the future.

LSE is not in Minnesota. I finally gave up trying to book on the Allegiant app on my cell phone. You nickel and dime so much that I am not really saving money, just sacrificing a nicer plane with Delta for a more convenient airport. I can't find wheelchair service on your website. I am very unsatisfied.

Every single service is charged extra, even text messages with flight updates. On top of it all, at the end, the price increased by another $116 with no real alternative option.
