Overall the search and booking was good. I appreciate all fees were reflected up front. However, I was NOT happy to go through the entire booking and in the space of 10 minutes the price had gone ups $160? Not happy with that.
I thought i was booking directly on Aegean airline and paids for a flex ticket with a seat assignment. Moments later I realized my mistake. No seat is assigned, and when I go on the Aegean website, it says my itinerary is not available anymore. What the heck? I tried to cancel within minuted but I would be charged a $45 cancellation fee.
Your payment site offered me an upcharge for a window seat or an aisle seat on my Cape Air flight. The problem is every seat on every Cape Air plane is a window seat and an aisle seat. This upcharge is dishonest and unfair to everyone who doesn't know this.

They OUTRAGEOUSLY overcharge you to give you awful customer service. You're basically paying $100 / ticket upcharge for them to go to the airline website and "book" you random seats on a flight. Even if you're booking a flight that would allow you seat selection if you booked on the airline, you don't get that through this website. Any changes that you want to make have to be made through the airline website and they use some fake email address so good luck looking it up without waiting for over an hour on this SCAM customer service line to get the confirmation number. Use them if you want to pay a significant upcharge for a huge headache.

I tried to book a flight before and the website adjusted my date to a different time. I did not double check but that led to me missing my flight and I never received an email about it. Now I had to pay an addition $2,700 for my flight. This will be the last time I use this service since you refused to offer any type of compensation.
