This is a scam. Once you spend 15 minutes booking and enter your cc card info, they increase your fare by hundreds of dollars.

I urge you not to discontinue your direct flight from Paducah, KY to Charlotte NC. My son lives there and the fact I can make a spur of the moment weekend trip in a matter of an hour and a half is greatly appreciated. I would rather not have to travel ten hours by car or 6-7 hours by connecting flight. This is a great flight even if you just do it twice a month. Please keep this direct flight.

Made to look like the airline sight and acted like Lufthansa site when searching for Lufthansa airline with name and logo of the desired sight. It is not the Airline and uses many airline logos to fool you. They refunded our flight cost but kept almost $100 for additional add-ons that look like part of the ticket. It is my fault for not checking the URL closer, but very deceptive and a rip-off.

So many up charges and the website is not up to par. The Flight net app needs a lot of improvement. I can't even add my flight in the app.

Fairly simple web interface with multiple flights and customization options for me to cater my travel experience. I would use Lufthansa again. Cons: No seat map. I prefer to select my seat via a seat map. Also, it's unclear how the lounge access works with a premium ticket and where the lounges are in relation to my gates.

I started on SAS and somehow the site process changed without me realizing it, and I booked with "Flight Network"? Or does SAS partner with Flight Network? This is confusing and to make matters worse, without anything timing out, the price changed as I was pressing "Pay" and I had to pay $167 more. Which is bait and switch and not legal in some countries. I don't know what type of system this is, but buyer beware.

Why so many add on fees? Why do I repeatedly get asked the same questions about these add ons? Why is there no where I can add my Global Access number?

Booking was relatively easy although the British Airways/American Airlines partnership caused a little confusion on booking return flight seats. I would think they would share more information and allow you to book with one of the partners instead of creating two accounts. Flightnetworks reservations held up no problem. Airline check in was smooth at airport no problems to report with the booking service.

It was painless and not stressful, but friendly; sometimes, when booking flights, the experience can generate anxiety—for example, a question of who will be in the seat next to yours.

I was directed to Flight Network tomake my American Airlines reservation. I did not find the site helpful because I was unable to note my AA customer number or my known traveler number. I finally connected with the REAL American Airlines site and hope that my flight and checked baggage choices will be upheld. I am quite concerned.

I checked price on your website, gave credit card into for two tickets, then while processing, price jumped 40%. Unheard of, and seems like bad way to deal with consumers.

I have a bad feeling about the booking process and the effort to charge for information that is normally provided for free. Why no booking reference number? Am I going to get a nasty surprise when I try to check in?

Too many ancillary questions for numerous unwarranted fees.

The process is straightforward, intuitive and efficient. The multitude of added fees is unsatisfactory -- especially for basic services (like a seat)

I timed out twice before completing our booking. The first time, maybe I took too long (but I didn't think so). No way on the second effort. WAY too fast.

I asked on the website for my booking number and Sahil S helped me with this very quickly. Maybe just next time in the emails that customers receive add the booking reference not just the order number so they don't have to contact anyone else.

Your ticket prices are great, but the fees for a carry bag (small suitcase that fits in overhead bin) are ridiculously HIGH! Even the fee for a checked bag is HIGH! But why is a small carry on bag more expensive than a checked bag?
Also, your fees to select a seat are CRAZY HIGH!
