Thank you for your interest in Footwear etc. Our headquarters is located in California, and we're now celebrating over 30 years of great customer service. We're a family run business, which started as one store, but has grown to 11 locations along with our online store. Simply stated, we're old fashioned when it comes to the way we treat our customers. We pride ourselves on making people happy.
Why should you shop with us? In addition to our great customer service, we carry what we feel are the best products in footwear today. If it's uncomfortable, we simply don't sell it. You'll also talk to real people when you call in. Each staff member is trained, friendly and solution-oriented. In addition to comfort, we focus on remedying common problems in the feet and legs. I previously lived near the Encinitas store and could shop in person though I have received shoes in the mail due to size needed. Always a great experience!
Received my order within a couple days which I was surprised. I contacted them via email with a question which they answered me back pretty quickly.
Saw this hat at Crystal Cove gift shop in Corona del Mar, Calif. After searching on Yahoo (not Google), found Footware Etc. carried this brand, color of hat, so ordered it online. Arrived 5 days later. Kooringal Military hat correct size, just as described.

I had a very positive experience. I was looking for these boots in particular and wanted to purchase them from an independent shoe store (not Zappos, Amazon etc) and they had a competitive good price on these shoes.
I looked online for the brand, saw that you had it in stock plus it was on sale. You have all the brands I like, will definitely shop your sight again.

I just placed the order and so far so good. The shipping process is what I'm always more afraid of so this is still to be experienced.
Perfectly good experience. Got exactly what I ordered. Bad judgement on my part not to buy a pair of boots that are not returnable because even though they're the same size as the previous pair I wore, they feel too snug. Lesson learned.
Previous return policy was much more generous. Not happy that now required to return shoes within one month. Nordstrom is much easier to work with. I would have liked to know estimated delivery date before ordering but this was not provided when ordering online.

This shoe is better than new balance. The Bondi 9 is so comfortable and is true to size. I would definitely recommend this shoe and Footware, Etc. It was packaged well and arrived on time. If you're on your feet 8 plus hours this is the shoe for you!
I'm picked up at a local store the day after I ordered them! I had also forgot not use a coupon on my shoes, and contacted Customer Service via email. They replied the next day and said they would apply the discount to my purchase. Very responsive!
