I have placed no recent orders with FRAME. I have not ordered from FRAME for quite some time. In fact as long as one year ago so I'm not even sure why I'm receiving this email now but rest assured I'LL never order from you again!

Online ordering is challenging with respect to clothing fit. Depending upon fabric used, cut, and sizing variations it is not possible to know if and how an item will fit each customer. This is why all reputable retailers allow customers to try on clothing before buying in person or buy and return for online purchases because it's impossible to assure the fit until the garment is tried on.

Final note, I intend to inform family, friends, online reviews and anyone whom I come into contact who might consider shopping with FRAME to reevaluate that decision and arrive at the conclusion to never shop with you
Due to horrendous customer service and policies. You have lost one customer, myself, and soon to be many more!

Unfortunately, due to your extreme return history, your account was flagged by our Fraud Department. Your return privileges were revoked and future orders will be automatically cancelled.

If you would like to shop with us directly, we can make an exception and send a special invoice for a new order. However, please note anything you purchase will be considered final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. We are happy to provide fit recommendations, should you have any questions.

We appreciate your understanding. Please let us know if we can assist any further.

This is the 2nd time that Frame Denim Online says they shipped my order when they actually did not and the Client Service Team is absolutely useless (you can only contact them via mail... no phone #). Get the jeans from reputable department stores if you actually expect it to be delivered.
