Contacted customer service to cancel an order after receiving notification that it was on the way. Cherry quickly handled my request to cancel the order. She also determined why the order was being processed. Rectified the situation and sent information concerning how to restart orders if needed.

Just subscribed to freshly. Then they raised the shipping fees. I'm on the second meal and they are so far terrible. Needless to say I canceled my subscription. I'm looking for another meal delivery

Ingrid explained thoroughly what to do if I had already put the dinners in the freezer. The first meal turned out delicious thanks to her detailed instructions as to how to correct my error.
She even explained to me my deadlines for changing my orders and when to expect the funds to be taken from my account.
