The design was printed nicely but it was printed very small on the onesie. It looked like it was going to be much bigger when I was ordering online. It could have been bigger. And the onesie itself was pretty small compared to other 12mo size clothes I have, but it still fit.
Yes when I received my ring, I fell in love with it right away. However, wearing it for 2 days the stone fell out. I contacted the merchant and did not hear back from them. So right now I am in limbo about what they are going to do.
Also you can barely see the name engraved in it.

My order was placed in April and was guaranteed to arrive by Mother's Day. Below is what I received for a response. They refunded the $6.99 for shipping... I didn't get my mom's gift in time. Very disappointed, will never order from Gossby again.

Cheap sweatshirt. Very poor quality for the price you're charged. Vinyl didn't adhere, had to heat my own machine up to adhere.

I ordered a personalized mug which arrived damaged. During the process of arranging for a replacement, the Gossby customer service team were always very prompt with their replies and very courteous while making sure that I eventually received my mug. The quality of the product was excellent, and the value for my money was also very good. But I am most impressed with Gossby's exceptional level of customer service.

I ordered on December 14,2022 for a Christmas gift and I have still not received my order on January 9,2023! I have tried tracking and it gave no information except that it was shipped weeks ago. Then on 1/7 it said it would arrive today. I ordered from them before and had no problem.

This canvas is far more beautiful than I expected. I was treated very well with any concerns that I may have had. It's more pricey than what you'd pay for a photo canvas at some big box stores. But, you'll be very happy with the product.

Our daughter absolutely loved her sweatshirt. We lost our precious pit a couple years ago, and she rescued another pit last year. Love that you have angel wings for the ones we lost, they our family. Very special. Only recommendation, I didn't see any like spotted blue and white pits, so was hard to choose the right one that looked kinda like her. Anywhoo. Was still a very special gift. I absolutely loved the blanket. Very soft the soloes are vibrant and the overall quality is fantastic. I added faster shipping do I could get it before Christmas and it made it perfectly on time.

Answer: No they scam half their customers so any good review is so they can keep scamming people
Answer: Although I was advised it would take a minimum of 2 weeks, perhaps longer as it was during the holidays, I actually received them in about a week!
Answer: Although the order was in US$, the product was delivered from New South Wales in Australia within 2-3 days. I'm not sure where the ceramic mugs come from, but the personalised pics and labels would have to have been done within Australia, to be delivered so quickly.
Answer: Either side but not both. There are two different designs.
