Earlier this year I ordered an acrylic plaque for my dog that had just passed and A Christmas ornament. The 1st Christmas ornament came miss printed The 2nd and 3rd one was broke. Has anyone else had this problem. It's aggravating. I Just received my 2nd plaque today and as you can tell in the photo it's miss printed so I put it in for another replacement that will make 3 times.

I will start by saying I have ordered items from this company and have been 100% satisfied and happy with them. But…we received a photo ornament as a Christmas gift from a family member and the quality is much less than what I would expect from these folks. The front of the ornament is all scratched up and the photo looks faded. It is such a thoughtful and fun gift made bad by the poor quality. Perhaps better quality control is in order as this item should never have left the company looking as it does.

I ordered a song Keychain and when I got it it wouldn't play contacted them they stated they really don't play music I asked why they advertised it did then very unhappy with them

I ordered the heart plaque very disappointed with the quality. The writing is so so so small you can't read the names you can't even see the drinks in their hands. I sent in photos so they couldn't read the names because they are so small they asked for a close up photo so I asked you want me to zoom in so you can read the names and they said yes. How crazy is it so guess they will say when you zoom they can read the names so this is their way of not giving me a refund. I am very dissatisfied with what I received I have asked to send back and get refund but so far no luck. I am in the process of disputing charge.

I am so happy with the ornament I had made of my mother's beloved pet. I was worried when it arrived because it looked cloudy but after speaking with customer service, they assisted me in removing the protective film.

Ordered two ornaments based on the advertisement photo. They were supposed to be a 3D ornament of our dogs that passed away. We uploaded photos. We were under the impression that they would do custom ornaments, or at the very least a generic version of our breeds of dog on angel wings. What we got was a cheap resin print out of our dog, they basically cut and pasted our dog from the picture we sent and glued it to a print out of angel wings and covered it in resin. One of the ornaments never came, the one that did come is ugly and blurry and scratched up and it's not what they advertised. Customer service was terrible, called and the rep told me only the chat agents could help. Messaged the chat agents and told her what was going on and all she kept saying was "there is a blue film on it, take the film off it". There is no film on it, and if there was it wouldn't take away from the fact it's ugly, and not what they advertised. Paid 40.00 for the ornaments and she had the audacity to refund me 30% off the shipping fee. The shipping fee was 10.00. This company is garbage and they make garbage. Don't buy from them.

I want to warn people not to buy the personalized wine glass. The wine glass quality was satisfactory but the personalization was poor. The names and state outlines were incredibly small. I spent thirty dollars on a glass I could have purchased at a dollar store. I wasted my money because I will not be sending this gift to my bff.

So I ordered one of their keychains, 16 full days later they said they gave the item to the USPS but USPS says they never shipped it, they only created a tracking number. I reached out to Gossby customer service twice both times they told me USPS had the item and there was nothing they could do. Except USPS says they never shipped the item? Then customer service said it was a courier error and to wait another ten business days before they will do anything. So I told them I needed a refund because I was done playing games with them, they told me I had to return the item THAT I NEVER RECEIVED to them for a refund. HOW? You never shipped it. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Needed order to be delivered by 12/15 for a luncheon. Called company, told no problem plenty of time. Ordered 11/25. Have called company 4 times. First time told order would be prioritized to get to me on time, second time told it would be brought to attention of that section, third time I was told it would be out within next day. Today told finally went out would be here in 2 weeks, a week and half after I need items and was assured I would have it in original call. Totally screwed. I am so angry I could spit nails. Bull $#*! is bull $#*!. Garbage customer relations/service. Ordered should have been pulled and prioritized toget order out when promised!

Ordered something from this company on Oct. 31. Two weeks went by without any notification on my purchase. I had to contact them myself via phone call to get the status of my purchase to which they responded "They were having difficulties with some of the manufacturing process." Another week goes by ( Nov. 18th), I contact them a second time to which they responded "We will get this taken care of for you." The only thing the guy did was create a packaging label which only shows the tracking but when you look at the tracking the package still hasn't arrived at the USPS facility. It's November 27...and I still have yet to receive my items...this is not quality service. HEED MY WARNING! DO NOT order from this company.

Answer: No they scam half their customers so any good review is so they can keep scamming people
Answer: Although I was advised it would take a minimum of 2 weeks, perhaps longer as it was during the holidays, I actually received them in about a week!
Answer: Although the order was in US$, the product was delivered from New South Wales in Australia within 2-3 days. I'm not sure where the ceramic mugs come from, but the personalised pics and labels would have to have been done within Australia, to be delivered so quickly.
Answer: Either side but not both. There are two different designs.
Answer: Really easy until they refund you with the 100% refund guarantee that is a lie and they partially refund you then stop replying to your emails
