I was having a major problem with installing Norton 360 so called guruaid. It took them a while cause my computer was a mess but thankfully it ds doing better now!

I find guruaid.com to be an excellent company. They have helped me through a number of problems. The technicians are polite and helpful. With other sites, the people were very rude. I trust this company.

I had a "fake" microsoft tech call me... did nothing to solve my problem and charged me alot. The people at Guruaid.com helped resolve the problem before and after the "fake" tech. I feel that I can trust what was done.ESP

I find it is good when you are running a business with 'tight' overheads to be able to have a resource available to toubleshoot problems.
In the market place there is not a service like yours available - that operates 24 hours a day - 7 days per week.
It is important if you have deadlines to meet that systems do not let you down.
This were GuruAid comes in.

I don't know, yet. This is my first time. So, far the tech's. Who I spoke to and who's helped me they have been very nice. I want to see how good they really are. And, the are w/ Norton Symantec. I've been w/ Norton for awhile now. So, far I trust them.
