It's impossible to reach anyone once you've run into a glitch and they have already taken your $500+ payment. Due their poor instructions and the inability to clarify with an agent, I am unable to submit my paperwork for my passport renewal in time for a trip I planned months ago. Quick, Clean, Cool and if your going to get whatever docs the ID.me app asks for. Screw mailing them in. Screw sending them via email. Choose video call. You get a real human who will have you put your docs in front of your camera on phone and he or she will look at it right then and there. Friendly service is what I got. I give them not 2 thumbs up; accordingly they 10 fingers up and 10 toes up. And if your missing some fingers or toes just put up what you have. They made my Sunday morning a good one for sure.
