This all began last year when I did an order for the church. I uploaded an image to the site, they altered my image, then shipped the signs with a word spelled incorrectly. They would not replace the signs at no cost (only gave a discount) and had to pay again to get them ASAP as they were then late. I thought maybe it was just a communication issue and tried them again this year. I made sure the image was not altered, and thus only the image and nothing else would be printed. I did the order for a guaranteed delivery date of April 4th, as I needed them to be put out 2 days after the delivery, April 6th. They did not ship them on time, so I did not receive them until April 8th. When I finally did get them, they did not ship the stakes that I purchased and then wanted to argue about the delivery dates. I also had to send proof they were not received (when their own tracking info showed not shipped). Now I am waiting again, an entire week past the due date, for stakes to be delivered in order to even use the signs that were purchased. They have one job: to print and ship product. They are in Houston, and I am in Houston. They will not give a discount for their failure to do their one job. I am late on my deadline now as well. This is simply not a good way to do business.

End product turned out great but arrived well over a week after the estimated date on the website. We ordered for an event so timing was important. I turned around the review within 24 hours so it's beyond me why the production estimates are well off. We called and they were no help. Hats arrived 4 days after the event and were supposed to be there 4 days before. This felt like plenty of buffer time, but clearly not. In an era when people are used to receiving orders within 24 hours of the expected date, this felt like such a miss.

It's been 12 days of arguing with their customer service about my order after every agent completely lies. They said they would credit my rewards from a previous order and didn't, said they would resolve the issue in "1-2 more days" 3 separate times and they have no intention of doing so. Save your money and your time and find a reputable company to get printing from!

I was under the impression that I ordered youth hats. When I spoke to the agent on the phone to confirm the design and the type of hat I ordered he said yes when I asked to confirm they were youth hats. Also the quality of the embroidery was poorly done. Also I had to minimize my logo because they couldn't do that many stitches. Found another place that handled my logo just fine and had true youth size hats. Now I have 13 hats I can't do anything with and I'm out almost $400 now because I had to reorder these hats. I'm not happy with my experience at all.
