After nearly a year of unemployment, I got a job. As someone who just turned 64 and doesn't plan to retire anytime soon, I am very pleased. I won over 2 men who are likely at least 20 years younger than me.

Your initial tools to do an analysis of personality to lead with and the suggested answers to common questions were indispensable.

Suggestions on how to handle the obvious fact that I am over 40 were very useful. I start very soon. What's the best is that after years of driving into Des Moines, IA, is that the job is right in town less than 2 miles from where I live.

Another hurdle that I had to get over was the job description required you to be able to lift 25-50 pounds. I'm a petite female who can easily lift 30 pounds. However, I applied anyway and when the screener asked if I could do 50 pounds, I was honest and told her what I could lift. So, I guess that proves that if you don't fit every qualification, you should apply anyway.

I am here to summarize my experience with this ISF. I purchased the program at the end of June 2019. I went through the program with a fine tooth comb. I had an interview with a Doviaion 1 university and two interviews with the government. One was with the Dept. of the Navy in mid July and also, the Air Force Academy Prep School in Colorado Springs, both were GS-09 positions. I was actually offered the university position but turned it down for a better position. Well, I ended up landing the Navy position as an Athletic Trainer working with Recruits at Parris Island Marine Corps. Recruiting Depot, SC. Great benefits and a work life balance to die for. I make more money and work less hours than I would have at the collegiate level as an Athletic Trainer. I had my first job interview in over 20yrs. With the help of The Success Formula I was able to breeze through the interview with confidence. In just a weekend this program gave me the tools I needed to ace the interview and I did. I was offered the job I wanted. The Success Formula is easy to use and understand. The worksheets help focus on what's important. There is an abundance of information but it's set up in a comprehensive manner. I would and have recommended this program to several people I know.
