I have left 6 or 7 emails it says due to the high volume it may take up to 4 days before I get one back from them. I called during the hours of operation and it says no one is Available try again later. This is all day. I've left voice mails. I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering now I'm out the money I tried to cancel the order as soon as it was made. It said this order the money could be divided into two payments it took all of my payments out not dividing them. I canceled or tried to immediately here I am 24 hours later and you can't get in contact with anyone.

I ordered a Bridal Ring Set which consisted of two rings and received an e-mail asking if I was aware that I ordered two of the same rings. At this time, I am feeling quite happy that they reached out to insure/verify If I made a mistake. This is when the hypocrisy began. A week later I checked on my order as it was still in the PROCESSING status. They responded with your order requires a certain amount of time to prepare, they contacted the factory and confirmed that your order will be shipped out on 3-5 working days. Seven days later, I reach out again and still, they responded with your order requires a certain amount of time to prepare. We've contacted the factory, and we'll expedite your order. Confirmed that your order will be shipped out on 1-3 working days. I still am waiting for my order as it is still in the status of processing. I do not know if I will do business with this company again!

I order two rings from Italo Jewelry one ring was ok not worth 100.00 they charged.
The other was a piece of crap not made well the prons were misshaped I sent
Photos and they still gave me the run around for months trying to settle this purchase with them. I finally sent the jewelry back and they still wanted more proof. So many ripoffs. Delete their emails save yourself the hassel.

I pay extra for shipping (3-4 business days), however orders take too long in processing stage without status updates given, even when being requested a week or more after the order has been placed. As this continues to happen, I'll no longer purchase from this company in the future. I don't know of anyone who pays their money for a product, okay with being ignored by a merchant.

Not happy

I wore this maybe a handful of times and the stones fell out. This is like the 3rd piece of jewelry from here that I had fall apart. I don't wear them all day, or do anything vigorous, that would cause the stones to come loose. Their warranty is not what they lead you to be. They want you to pay the shipping costs for their defected items to get replaced or fixed. Customer service is as bad as their jewelry!

Scam. Beware. Have contacted customer service via email 3 times and called the phone # provided only to hear no one is available. Same with chat. Trying for a week to initiate a return for a refund. Do not order from this company unless you are certain about the item you're ordering. Cheap and looks fake.

Terrible Customer Service

I placed my order on 5/5/2023 and have been told it will be an additional 10-15 days before I should receive my order. On 5/12/2023 they offered to send a pair of stud earrings to compensate me for the order delay, I agreed to wait additional time and accepted the bonus gift of the earrings, haven't received that either.

For your order #*******, we still need about 5-10 working days for processing. If you still want to wait, we'd like to send you a pair of stud earrings as free gift (which worth $90-$110) and also we'll try our best to ship out your order ASAP. You'll automatically receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you don't want to wait, please contact our customer service for help. Sorry again for any inconvenience that may have caused. Your understanding would be highly appreciated. For any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Very disappointed in the service I've received, won't purchase anything else from them.

Buyer Beware

I have purchased from Ítalo jewelry two times now and it has been two times too many. The first time I purchased (which we all give them grace) they said my order was backordered. So I patiently waited and it exceeded the time frame I actually needed the ring (for vacation). I thought they included a pair of sweet solitaire earrings for my long wait (this is standard folks). The ring was big and fake looking (the ring I own is worth 60,000 and I don't like taking it on vacation when it is a foreign area). This one I purchased looked very fake. My fault. I kept it. (I have never worn it ever.

So I thought why not try again, I bought another two with the consideration that I was going to return one. Ha, once again, my order was backordered and took two months plus for me to get them. In the interim, I actually asked them to cancel my order and they tried to offer me an additional 40% off to keep them. I said no they still sent them out and I had to pay to return them even after I requested them to cancel my order!

Once I returned them and had a receipt (that we sent to them) weeks later they have not refunded me my money!

I have put a claim into my credit card but I did it though PayPal so it was doubly difficult to deal with this situation.

So buyer beware…this is a company from China and they are wicked awful to deal with. They will give you the round and round and round.

I'm done with them FOREVER

So... I had to wait for a LONG TIME before receiving my piece of jewelry however, it eventually arrived. To my disappointment, the piece looked cheap and very ugly so I wrote the company and they offered me to exchange it for another piece. I had several options and none of them were suitable for me so I wrote to them again, complaining that I did not like the options I received in order to exchange the piece.

Italo offered me yet another option just to make sure I was satisfied and I went ahead and was able to exchange it. Once I received the new piece, I was delighted! The piece is gorgeous and it goes well with the other rings I wear. The stones were clear, the craftmanship was of top quality and the customer service was excellent.

I lost the diamond from my wedding ring. I wanted something to wear until mine is repaired. It is way too big and now I cannot get them to respond to my emails. Of course, they are in China! Not happy!

Awful return policy

The product I've got was a tennis necklace and it was twisting. I've returned it, which took a lot of corresponding. I've not received the money as of yet. They do not keep track of what they receive as returned. Awful.

Absolutely Awful

I ordered a ring on Nov 27,2022 and it didn't fit. I asked for a return, but they offered me a complimentary item up to $90US and an exchange (vs the return). I accepted. However, within 2 more email exchanges with customer service, they pulled back the complimentary item offer and in 2 more weeks and lots more exchanges, the wrong size ring AGAIN. Then, I had to insist that they give me the return option for both rings - they asked images of both ring sets. I sent it within 2 hours of ask. They ask for more photos with measurements. I send that as well. Then they ask for a THIRD set of pics, at which point I tell them enough, please just give me my money back. This is now January, and finally they relent and tell me to pay for USPS shipping. I do, I send the receipt as requested and it's now FEBRUARY 16 and I still only have a partial refund. They still owe me money and this is just absurd at this point.

Overall, their items are fine, but not worth the $100s they charge. You can get similar quality items for half that price on Amazon. Their teams are in China and that's where their items are manufactured.

Heads up: It takes customer service 24+ hours for every question or comment so expect long delays at every turn.

It's been 81 days, 42 emails, 7 pictures, 2 receipts, and I STILL don't have a resolution.

I received a ring in November 2022 and 2 weeks later more than half the stones fell out. I emailed a video of the defective ring and asked for my money back and they offered to send me a replacement ring which I accepted and received at the end of December... then 2 weeks later 2 stones fell out. I emailed videos of both defective rings and asked for my money back as I cant wear them. They offered to replace the ring again...a third ring!... to which I said no, I wanted my money back. They told me to mail both rings to them, in China, and that I had to pay for return shipping. I couldn't believe they had the audacity to ask me to pay for shipping after sending me 2 defective rings! And of course they will not reimburse me for the return shipping. I will never buy from Italo again.

This company is faulty in there advertising on there men's rings. I ordered on for my husband and they said it was titanium and he is not allergic to that but it turned his fingers black and then the ring went brown in color instead of silver. Now they are refusing to give me my money back and claim it was a custom item. I would not recommend this company to any one that wants a ring for any reason

First off this company has a US address, I ordered a 3 piece stacked band for a Christmas gift. I ordered beginning of December and received January 6.1 of the 3 rings were missing I also asked for engraving and paid extra? No Engraving no 3rd ring customer service responds every 3-4 days with no resolve.
This company is located in China! Buyer Beware they suck.

I received the ring and it looked beautiful. We used it to get married in October and in December 3 of the stones have fallen out. It is very disappointing as I took very good care of the ring, never wearing it to bed or even showering. I realize we did not spend a fortune for this ring, but one would expect it to last longer than 2 months. Save your money, there are other more reputable places to purchase jewelry than an company in China.

So I just received the ring I ordered last week the minute I took it out of the box I knew it wasn't for me so immediately I went online did what they asked me to do and email customer service. The first thing they did is send me an email asking if I wanted an exchange for something else that they had a ring that was worth $90, you can't entice me with a price tag if I don't like the quality then that's my decision. I have sent multiple emails regarding my return with no response. Please save your money. Do not order from this company.
