THEIR JEWELRY SUCKS. IT'S CHEAP GLASS AND I'VE BEEN TRYING FOR 4 MONTHS TO GET A REFUND. THEY PLAY STUPID AND RUN YOU AROUND IN CIRCLES EVEN WHEN THEY'VE SIGNED THROUGH THF USPO THAT THEY RECEIVED THEIR " JEWELRY" BACK! BUYER BEWARE,!

Received ring order - then days later received a duplicate order. $137.15 for each order - want to return one, but no address to mail to. I sent the items back within their return policy. I have never received my refund. I am currently speaking with the BBB regarding this company. There are other reputable online companies besides Italo to choose from.

Don't buy from these people! This is not a real company of fine jewelry. Located in china!
The ring I ordered didn't look like the one in the picture, the quality was very poor looked like plastic. I sent out an email that I wanted to return the ring same day I received it. They take forever to reply, it took a month of emails before they agreed I return the item and gave me the address to which I should send it.
They deduct 10$ from shipping to you and when you ship back you also pay from your own pocket!

Both my rings are stunning, I absolutely love them & I can't wait to order more beautiful rings from Italo!

I bought the canary yellow ring… it was not canary as in yellow but more like citrine. Way too dark. Policy is everything is returnable. Unmmm not so easy, on my third request after other offers made to keep or exchange, I still haven't received the return information. Next step is contacting the credit card company for dispute.

I was recommended to check out italo jewelry by my sister mother in law. I visited the webpage and immediately fell for the sparkle I placed my order, 2 rings, one for my fiance as he wanted a engagement ring for himself and an upgrade of my own engagement ring. I place the order and waited. It took a while to receive the rings mainly because of my counties customs clearance, but OMG was it worth the wait! I absolutely love my ring! It's super sparkly, looks better than the picture for sure. My fiance is also very happy with his ring and the tungsten ring he got is super smooth and comfortable to wear. I also got a pair if beautiful earrings as a gift from italo. I will definitely be shopping from them again!

WILL NOT LET YOU RETURN! I ordered a bracelet to replace one I lost. The bracelet was nice but, not like the one I wanted to replace! They offered me other merchandise & a $20 credit in place of a return direction and/or a credit from my bank!

I purchased 3 rings in total. One of the ring is so bulky that I simply can't wear it. So I write e mail to italojewery and one one response back to me. I keep sent e mail and wait wait. No one reply back to me after 5 days. If refund a item is so hassle, I guess I will never order from this company again.

The ring & earrings are beautiful.
They came in a beautiful box with a cleaning cloth & care instructions.
They are fast to answer any emails you send them & very helpful.
I will be buying from them again.

Italo have offered to replace the ring free of charge so I am happy they are trying to fix the problem. I don't recommend buying a ring that is coated as the coating doesn't last.

We finally received our bands in Kenya, just as the photos are that's how the physical bands are! Perfect fit and stunning value for money. Grateful and highly recommend Italo. I got a pair of earrings as well as a gift and token of appreciation. Thank you Italo.

We placed the order from Italo for our wedding bands. They also added a beautiful gift, a set of crystal ear rings. The customer service was fantastic. All questions answered and emails replied too. When they arrived they were packaged beautifully and in stunning wee boxes. Would definitely recommend

I purchased 2 beautiful bands. Within a couple of weeks stones started falling out. They replaced them and the stones fell out of those as well. Then I asked for a refund and they will not give a refund unless it has never been worn and in the original condition never washed. When I tried to do their survey. It would not let me post. This company has the worst customer service. Beautiful product but very cheaply made.

I bought a pair of diamond earrings and one would not close shut. I submitted request numerous times for a replacement for a pair that would close shut. These are brand new earrings in the box still. They have refused to send me a tracking order to replace the earrings. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They do not sand by there return policy. I should have known anything out of the USA I should have known better.

So was originally so excited to see the ring; it's a little bigger than I expected but the quality and shine and sparkle are out of this world! So happy!

I received my ring from Italo Jewelry after 4 weeks- at that point it was too late as it was a gift. I requested a return and they kept offering me gifts and discounts if I woujd keep the item or exchange it. I said that I wanted a refund and they gave me explicit instructions to return it. I did - they received it and Have not refunded my money nor do they answer my emails.
