Equipe Jauce esta de parabéns pelo excelente serviço prestado, tanto na pré compra quanto na pós compra, as embalagens são bem feitas e os produtos chegam sem nenhum dano.
Thanks for the best packing. Already buy with jauce.com for 2years because of the packing is perfect.
Quality is excellent - goods delivery very fast, packing good and to my surprise, the reply to my enquiry is very prompt every time!
Cost is a bit high compared with eBay, yet still acceptable.
Nice way to get hold of auction items from sellers who don't sell outside Japan. The operation smooth for my 3 purchases.
The Team at Jauce Warehouse do a great job with plenty of bubble wrap and packing to keep everything safe. Keep up the good work guys & girls.
Jauce Is my go to site for all my importing needs Excellent customer service and quality care in packaging your item so that they arrive safely A real pleasure to deal with
Your service is flawless as usual but this time i pay alot of money for this one item to be shipped and not broken. Upon arrival box was in perfect shape once i opened it, the itsm was wrapped perfectly. Then i take item out and see a black clip in the bottom of the box. This would mean that the person that packed probly broke it and just tossed it in the box. Reason for buying the part was that clip so $300 went to waste between shipping and product).
Besides that the shipping was wrapped nice and shipment was super fast. I just hope this can be taken care of cause i have a part that i cant even use now.
I have been buying numerous japan auction item via jauce.com and all of my item has been shipped and been packed properly. Shipment arrangement and delivery is very fast!
I have used Jauce a few times and never had any issues, but I was particularly impressed with my last order. I had prepurchased an item in Japan that wouldn't be released for another few months. Not only was my order accepted, I was contacted by a staff member to make sure I was aware that my item would not arrive for a while. The items are always packed well and arrived in perfect condition. Highly recommended. The only issue I have is the cost, but obviously having items ordered for you and having them shipped across the world is not cheap.
The item was brocken when i received. Please pack more safely with bubble wrap and thermocol. Sometime your packing is good. But when keyboards are packed please take more care.
I ordered some vinyl records that arrived in Canada in about a week. Not only are they in great condition, but some are very rare in North America. I was lucky to find them.
Todo perfecto con los envíos a españa, todos los envíos que he realizado han llegado en perfectas condiciones incluso los frágiles en anteriores ocasiones
The shipping cost is UNBELIEVABLE, and all that after paying lots of other fees. Will never order again
Jauce.com is by far the best proxy auction service I've ever used. Easy to navigate website, excellent customer service, and fast delivery.
They also consolidate fragile items very "safely" so I could make significant savings on international delivery fees.
I will continue to use them!
I have made a lot of purchase from them. But most of the time, it arrived damaged. They charge you extra cost for safety packaging but everytime when i received the parcel, either the outer box of parcel was damaged or there is no bubble wrap at all inside. I have emailed them multiple times and ask why do you even charge me if you dont do safety packaging. They just ask me to go through the damage report and send it back to them.
I have send them back and now its nearly 9 months, still no compensation. Even i pay for the insurance already when order for shipping. I have ask them and they just reply me ' they are contacting japan post and waitin for reply'. And after 1-2 weeks, they close the ticket of your enquiry and never reply you.
Totally not impressed and will ask everyone avoid them!. Way too expensive cost and not doing their job at all!
Plus, if you are asking them to consolidate your parcel, you will expect to wat for 3 days at least to pack it and 2 days to ship it even it is ready as shown.
Excellent resource for Japanese auctions. Read the details of costs. In my experience additional costs were 28%. Same items were priced 3x on ebay.
Rediculus international shipping cost, also charge me parking fee, even though it said at the their web site free storage up to 60 days. Evertime deposit money there is 40 yen + 3.9% charges, what this mean the shipping fee and all charges also need to add 40 yen + 3.9 %. Do avoid at all cost.
I recently bought several cheap items with jauce shipping cost more than the items, their fees cost more than the items, processing cost more than the items, customs tax + clearance cost more than the items, the only thing that didn't was the currency deposit fee. Spent £180.00 in total and items only £38.00 sorry but not impressed will be sticking with Amozon and eBay
I recently made a few purchases from Jauce.com, I requested them to combine shipping, they acknowledged it and confirmed it by email. However they did not combine ship and decided to charge me the extra shipping fee. In addition when I queried the issue, they decided to close my account, despite the fact that there was a balance sitting in my account. I am now in a dispute with them through paypal.
Once you have deposited funds into your jauce.com account there is a chance that you may lose all your deposit.
You have been warned. Stay away.
I love this site and the service they offer! You add money to your account and it creates a balance in yen for you to shop around yahoo Japan auctions with. Auctions work as they would normally, you bid, can increase max bid, ect. When you win, they deduct the balance and add a small auction fee.
You wait for the items to be sent to their warehouse in Japan. From there, they calculate shipping. You chose from different shipping options and they create the label, then adding the shipping cost to your account. Shipping can be a little costly but my purchases have always arrived safely and quickly with tracking.
You don't need to have an exact amount of yen in your account to process the shipping. Mine always shows up negative because I only ever keep just enough to win the auction. Just add whatever you owe to the balance asap. They allow a certain amount of days and will email you when they've charged or the item arrives.
This service is great, painless, but can take a couple weeks depending on how quickly the seller can get your purchase to them. I was a little skeptical at first but I've made a handful of purchases through them now and they've never disappointed. Will continue to buy from them for years to come! Great for those hard to find collectibles. :)
Answer: If you check on their site, you're aware of their fees.
Answer: I think that the best way is to look at prices from Ebay, Discogs etc and then compare them with this alternative...
Answer: From a tip that a friend gave me, and that after he found some really rare Japan CD's.
Answer: Fee is for the shipping cost from the seller to the Jauce.com warehouse. Then you have to pay additional shipping fee from their japanese warehouse to your doorstep wherever you live!
Answer: You pay a shipping fee for each item to go the the warehouse in Japan. Then you pay a shipping fee to have it sent to you. There are many other fees, but only 2 shipping fees.
