Wow, it felt like such a same to open such a finely packaged parcel. Upon opening the interior package looked picture perfect, just as the outside did.
Truly, it was a delight opening my orders when it was obvious to me the level of care and attention that went into it.
I would have preferred Jauce to tell me the extent of the fees before i purchased. It was very frustrating having to deposit cash at least three times before my items were to be shipped. It cost me money in deposit fees and it cost me my time. In the end I spent more money on my item than I would have just buying it directly from a seller in Japan.
All my my items arrive as listed because of the excellent job Jauce does with packing.

Well, Jauce is a brillant service like most services in Japan. I'm very familiar with shopping in Asia, especially Japan, so far, so I know that most items will get first to the custom authorities before to my home address. That is almost unavoidable; the only problem you have here is you can't change the value of your items you bought because with that you could pay much less custom fees.
The consolidation of different items is also nice for a package is also a bonus because you'll save shipping fees. As long as I can't use Yahoo JP, I still will use Jauce of course. The Japanese language isn't a problem for me anymore. I don't use Jauce or Buyee for Amazon Japan because I use it directly!
Brilliant service, well packaged, so over the moon with service. Now if buying from UK postage was more than price of item, then you have to pay import tax so put that on price of item. Will use Jauce trustworthy and 5 star communications.

I like that I can find products unavailable in the US for better prices. Shipping is fast, packaging is careful. Sometimes the items are not new as they were described by the sellers (slightly used), which is not Jauce's fault. Most sellers are reliable, but there are always some dishonest sellers online. My experiences with Jauce were always positive, also when they bought something on my behalf from the other stores. You just need to be careful with the private sellers and to double check what you are buying (which I am lazy to do) because returns are not possible.
Packiging is always nice. My stuff always looks new even though they are used. The staff responds to my inquiry on time. Thank u guys.
The website is very easy to use. After I won my auction, I received my package very quickly. I live in New York, and it takes longer for me to receive packages that are the next state over.
