Quick reliable delivery. To date everything I have purchased has been as described in the Auction. I have found some sellers stack their price to more then a brand new part available from the original supplier. Long as you've done your homework beforehand, you will be safe.
Great shipping times and quality packaging, but you do pay for it lots of extra fees compared to other sites, I'd rather wait longer for my items than pay all the extra money
The part was well described in its general condition BUT it was not described as broken, therefore unfit for use without compromising its safety. I am very disappointed.

All of my wins are sexy gravure material on paper so protection is very important. Jauce has this covered.
Jauce did an excellent job packing and handling my package, will do more buisness here for sure, they kept me informed of ever stage and move of my package, excellent communication.
Normally no issues with Jauce, however, I collect Japanese guitars and they have on occasion put 2 guitars in a mega sized box. This is awkward for lifting and also it takes lots longer in customs as the total value means more time at the clearance depot
So Jauce, pleaeeeeassse DO NoT Double up!

I purchased off the auctions with no issues.
No issues with shipping etc.
The package arrived tp my house and has visible damage/tears/breaks in blue cabling.
I Inspected the package closer and noticed that where the damage/tears had occurred to this package, one of the wheels also had considerable damage to a lip.
This damage was not present during the auction period/auction photos.
The wheels in question have a polished lip, which may cost me a considerable amount of money to fix.
To say im frustrated and disappointed is an understatement.
Prompt shipping, arrived before I expected it; very well and securely packaged, overall good company to deal with.

This is another platform you can purchase JDM items not available in your country. JAUCE is good for you only if you get items that are cheaper than what you pay for back home, likely used items or those that are on really good offer and getting in bulk to ship together. Reason being that JAUCE charges you fees prior to your purchase followed by bank fees, etc which adds up, their shipping fees aren't exactly low also. Its how their office works to sustain this business which is not wrong so that is why my reason stated as above to make it beneficial for you.
My items arrived in the condition as advertised. The packaging was very good.
All additional charges was a surprise to me as a first time buyer but now I know how it works.
I have used JAUCE before, so I'm familiar with all of the criticisms (Hidden fees, stacking' of charges) However, what I was not prepared for was getting ripped off: Paying JPY 20,000 for a worthless photocopy of an item advertised as original (I was not the only bidder on this auction btw) No help from the Service Desk. Avoid. This Site is rubbish, and many of the Sellers misleading.
Recently I bought from Jauce 3 items and finally got the package at home today.
After all the taxes from the website I ended paying the triple of the original price of the items and ended up paying taxes to customs as well.
If all of this wasnt enough today when opening the package I saw that the 3 items weight in total 600 and something grams and the package had 1,2kilo.
I paid DOUBLE of shipping price for empty space on my package.
Terrible website, it's like they are messing with our faces.
