Used exactly twice, and they lost the second item in Japan and didn't provide any reasonable way to recover it. I'm glad it wasn't extremely expensive. 50% rate of failure is absolutely terrible. I'd rather pay $700 and fly to Japan to ship things myself than use this service.

Excellent value, rapid shipment and excellent packing. Standard is always high. Recommended. I have used the service for over a year on a regular basis and never had cause to complain.

The package arrived in perfect state, no problems at all.

The only thing that I wish they would change is to have more information about the expected final price, but it was still about 100$ cheaper than buying from eBay scalpers, so I'm still happy.
