Amazing friendly customer service, very nice answers, packing is great, super fast service... great new items like buying on credit and so... much more better system than ebay. You can only buy if you have money in your basket. With ebay theres no buyer seller safe methode... JAUCE IS THE BEST EVER WORLDWIDE.
The Jauce integration with Yahoo Japan auctions is excellent and allows sniper bidding. The process of bidding, winning, paying, and shipping is easy. The shipping is fast and the packing is excellent. Someone complained that there are hidden costs but all of the costs are clearly spelled out on the Jauce website. I will use Jauce again!
I got respond very quickly and well explain. All the items was wrapped carefully in a huge box.
Too many fees and tax add up from 25-30% on top of the auction but it worth the buy.
I am quite satisfy with Jauce
This is the first package of 3 that I have received containing car parts, this one contained 4 door mirrors and once I had gained entry to the contents(the outside packaging consisting of a sturdy cardboard box, secured with fabric-reinforced tape)I then found that each mirror had been placed in a sealed plastic bag, wrapped in small gauge bubble wrap and this package was then wrapped in large gauge bubble wrap with an auction ID code label then affixed to the package for instant identification. These 4 individually wrapped packages were then placed in the box with all vacant space filled with compressed thin cardboard sheets preventing any movement of the packages within-none of the packaging was previously used, and it can all be recycled. My previous purchase using JAUCE was approximately 6 years ago, it was 2 rear lamp units for a SUZUKI Jimny and the packaging back then was first rate also. I live in Scotland and the U. K. postal service is not known for their consideration with regards to care whilst handling packages from overseas (or anywhere for that matter) and this package survived the rigours of their ill handling with ease.To summarise, JAUCE-fantastic, JAPAN POST-fantastic. Looking forward to receiving my next two packages.
The package come fast and was wrapped well. Nothing broken and everything was as it should be. I would use this service again
I've bought several guitars of Jauce with absolutely no complaints. Perfect every time. Would highly reommend.
After using this website for years and years now, I'm quite happy with it, they always try to sort problems out when they happen. This website also is wonderful for getting rare CDs and LPs at rather cheap prices most of the times! The only bad thing is that they declare exactly the sum spent, which may cause customs taxes, especially when using EMS as shipping method, you'd rather use SAL instead and no more than 6900 yens to avoid taxes. Anyway, thanx for existing!
This is wonderful service! Safe, on time and I highly appreciate. It is recommended if you want to collect some thing from Japan when you don't know Japanese langues.
Been a patron since 2016, Its my go to store in purchasing items directly from Japan, items are properly packed and secured and you can chose to have it insured. They also deliver it accurately and never got any trouble shipping to my location. Keep up the good work!

I was really satisfied with my first shipping from Japan. The postage was quite fast and the items were very well packed. No damage or anything, One thing would be great if the weight of the items would also be listed to get a right calculation! Great Job over there! Thumbs up! Thx. Again!
