BAD SERVICE

HAD A DELIVERY SCHEDULED FOR FRIDAY 6-17 FROM 12-4 AND GOT A CALL ABOUT 10AM FROM SOMEONE WHO WAS HARD TO UNDERSTAND. MY TRACKING SHOWED DELIVERY ATTEMPTED, WHEN I TRIED CALLING THE # BACK GOT A VOICEMAIL NOT SET UP MESSAGE. WAS HOPING TO GET MY COUCH BEFORE FATHERS DAY, NOW RESCEDULED FOR 7-1.
