Where's my order?!

My order was supposedly shipped 11/18 the site said like 10 business days. You're well over that. I want a refund! Never again! This was something special for my boyfriend and I and you ruined it all! You can't call anybody or even chat! Very, very shady people!

Never again

I will never order from this shady company again. I placed my order on Oct. 8th and I have yet to receive my package. They provided me with a tracking # on the 18th and the status remains the same, it is now the 31st and USPS is still awaiting to receive my package. Their chat is never available, this is a shady company.

I ordered a piece of jewelry for a cute anniversary present, and it was supposed to be delivered in 4 - 8 days.
I messaged asking about it for a general idea after 4 days, no response.
I see many people have had good service, so im possibly the odd one out. But as of now ill probably cancel my order if I dont get it by Thursday.

I love this company! First, I am always getting a great deal! I've gotten crazy promo codes almost every time I order! Then, free shipping on top. How can you beat that? Responsive customer service... I can chat with them about my purchase online at 12:12am on Sunday and someone answers! Finally, everything I have purchased has lasted! I workout in my jewelry, shower, swim, you name it and it looks like it just came out of the box! My new favorite is my Sterling Silver Rose Gold 3D Engraved Vertical Bar Necklace. It's so cool to personalize your pieces!

Very Happy

I purchased a white sapphire halo ring and I am honestly so amazed by the quality of the ring and my wife is IN LOVE with it. She wears it everywhere and does everything with it on from cooking to cleaning. Very happy and pleased with my purchase.

HORRIBLE COMPANY!

To sum it up... Horrible company... dont waste your money... First the ring stone came out and now the whole Top came off... they wont answer no phone, only want to offer you a 5% discount and the email is rude for this trash and they claim it comes with a 1 year warrenty!

I ordered a ring an less then a month later the ring lost a gem! I tired to contact them about it and their warranty, all I got was sorry we can not do anything but give you 5% back! They never respond to phone calls or emails! THE WORST COMPANY!

I ordered a ring it took forever to get here, first off! Had it on for 2 weeks and noticed a jewel wad missing. It says a year warrenty, more like no warranty add they will give you only 5 percent back. What is 5 percent going to do for me, I want the same ring but with no gem missing! No one answers the phone, always get the same reply, but they never help! Dont buy from them, itS a TOTAL RIP OFF!

My husband ordered me a black engament ring with a pink stone and the ring is not black anymore its turning copper I do not shower with it I take it off everytime I mess with water and it's still changing color. Emailed the company for a refund or a new ring and took them a awhile they only said they would only refund 5% of the purchasing price this cheap fake ring was over 100 dollars and they only want to refund 5% ridiculous I will never buy from here again and if your reading this I would think before purchasing anything from here they are a rip off!

I ordered my husband a wedding band from this company within three weeks the stones had fell out of the ring now they are telling me to pay for the ring to be fixed or pay 5% of what I paid to buy the ring at first to have a new one sent out that is a bunch of bull this company is so fake it's pitiful but I'm not going to stop until my husband gets a new ring and I have no plans on paying for anything else from this company when you see their name you should run fast do not spend your money it is not worth it you can't contact anyone on the phone to speak with is all through emails and they try to be rude at times when they email you back I am very upset with these people at this point in time and I will never order anything else from them

I ordered 2 rings in my size of 7. Rings arrived much later than promised and they are marked size 7 but they are not size 7's. I sent numerous emails requesting a return and after emailing back and forth about 10 emails later they will not allow a return. AWFUL COMPANY DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM! They are crooks!

Same story as the others. Ordered a ring over a month ago... Daily phone calls with no answer... Several emails with no reply... Online chat is garbage. I think the BBB should be involved.

This company has zilch for customer service. Do NOT believe their website when it states "easy returns" or "30-day returns". They don't answer their phone (calls going through their advertised number comes back as a "failed call"). Their "LIVE CHAT" puts you on hold forever, unless you want info on a product. If you ask about returning their merchandise, they merely stall you. Their service email address lacks communication in terms of their emails even addressing your claims. They continually ask for pictures of the merchandise. I sent them pictures of a ring not even getting past my knuckle, and their response was "it looks like a nice ring and nothing is wrong with it". BEWARE OF THEM! You're risking buying something because you have no guarantee of returning it. Also, I am leery they have my credit card information as well.

Terrible Company

I ordered a ring for my wedding. They website said it would take 8-15 days. At the time I had 20 days before the wedding. It took a month and a half to receive. It is a beautiful ring although the lack of communication never answering the phone taking days to respond to emails, not even in proper english! I will never order from the company again. Negative 10 stars!

I have been dealing with the same problem ordered my rings a month ago, and only received two emails stating the same exact thing... will email shipping info when available I will be writing reviews on everything. Hopefully someone Will see them and use another company. Wish I would have saw all theses reviews before I purchased anything from them
