Well I ordered this led light as a gift for a friend. Well according to the website, it should plug n play. Well the bike is a 99 Fatboy. No plug on the bike. I might have to return. Customer service has been great in communication and trying to help.

After I ordered the parts I needed, I got a message letting me know my order had been filled and was already in the shipper's hands. I got daily updates as to where my parts were and when they were going to be delivered. When I did get the parts, everything was perfect.
I like the products I like the people I like to ease of buying products. I don't really care if they ship them UPS, FedEx. Just do not use United States mail. Because you advertise two day shipping and it usually takes 10 days. From where I'm at. JP always makes it right. I have nothing but good things to say

We have had an issue with a light installation on our trike that was not done correctly, and we didn't realize it until we got home. (650 miles) They also scratched the paint, and we didn't see it until it was washed after the trip. The work was done in SD

Changed out stock Harley speakers with the Kenwood speaker and amp system it is surprisingly loud and really clear even at full volume. Was an easy install due to the plug and play design. I'm very happy and satisfied. I recommend this product if you're not looking to spend a ton of money. All wiring and hardware is included. 🙂👍

I needed an ignition switch for an older bike and was happy to see that JP carried it. I ordered and it arrived a day before they said it would. It fit perfect and works great!

Most site state "same day shipping", but I don't think anyone does. As for this one, it took 4 DAYS until I got an email stating my stuff was "cruising" my way. But I got my order, and it was the correct one.
As for the product itself, I haven't installed yet. 1 of the reviews stated that the image didn't match the actual part and number.
Customer service is always good, helpful with information, they will answer your questions and do the research while on the phone with you. Will order again from here.

The current lead time is listed at about 8-10 business days to receive the item. As for the material, I do believe that it is a synthetic leather material but I cant find a direct answer to that on Cobra's site so I am not 100% sure.
