Came out of the movie theater late last night, truck wouldn't start. Tried all the things that they said on-line to do, no help. Finally came across this website and decided to give it a try. I had no other choice but a tow truck and an Uber. Was confounded with my Nordictrack s22i studio cycle. The resistance would not adjust manually. After searching YT and trying what I could find there, my bike still was malfunctioning. Unit signaled the it was clogged. Contacted service consultant who provided good information. Disassembled and reassembled but unit still poor suction.

Doctor Mike was incredible! Addressed my dog's issues quickly and with a possible cause that had not been suggested by other vets nor my own research.

I took 2 celebrex by mistake instead of paracetamol. Dr Sam put my mind at ease. This happened early hours and I was worried about sleeping with having Angina. My mind was put at ease and I had the signs to look out for from Dr Sam.

I failed to access a tech process, Mike swooped in with such kindness and knowledge to help me out! Exactly what I was hoping for and he kept me from hating my tech skills even more which says a lot... super appreciate his skills to work over a phone line and to talk my brain through the proper steps of cancelling a subscription to Mind Valley as that would have been a financial disaster in my world. Freezer compartment light went out during holidays of our side by side refrigerator. We got online and were connected with a service tech and within a few minutes were able to understand how to replace the LED light assembly.

While the issue wasn't resolved the information that was provided helped us to rule out the faucet as the problem and I have arranged for a local plumber to repair the hot water valves under the sink causing the problem

My technician, Paul was courteous, and polite. He took me through several scenarios to troubleshoot my issues. Unfortunately it was determined that I would need a new TV. I'm not upset about it because we've had this one for almost 16 years. It has served us well. Thanks Paul.
