I think the reason why this isn't as big as Travelocity or Expedia is the lack of engagement in the website's design. I, for one, nearly looked over this website, that is until I saw their deals.

One of the few sites that actually deliver what they promise. I usually fly from Portugal to Canada (my home country) and most of my tickets are booked from JustFly. Never had any major problems aside from small glitches and lags, but generally, their site is very responsive and simple that even my own mother could use it.
I have been buying tickets from them ever since June 2015 simply because their services are well updated and reasonably priced. Other agencies will hide fees and will even force you to pay for extras like seat selections, etc. but JustFly is different and all fees are presented properly. Applause for justfly!
Their user interface is wonderfully designed, the large buttons and straightforward instructions are very easy to follow. I once booked a flight to Manila and made some small mistakes which can't be fixed on the website so I called their hotline. I was able to connect within 5 minutes and within 30 more minutes, my problem was solved. Excellent customer service is what makes me come back to their site.

After booking my flight to Zurich yesterday, I saw a much cheaper flight today at the same airline and same date. It's a red eye flight but I don't really care, so I hit up their customer service and asked if I could rebook my flight to that of the cheaper one. It did take quite a bit of negotiation and time (I had to be put on hold for several minutes while they did all the technical stuff) but in the end, I was able to cancel my earlier booking and was transferred to the other flight.
As the title suggests there are soooo many cheap flights on this website I had a hard time choosing which one to book. I will be flying to BCN from GVA on May 18 and will fly back on May 28, all for $104.

I booked a flight using Justfly, 3/20, entered my cc info, hit 'go'. An error occurred, saying there was a system error. At this point I went with a company I had done business with before, whose website worked perfect (priceline). This morning I awoke to an email saying I had been charged from Justfly, and had my reservations.
I rang Justfly this morning (#1), explained the situation. I was asked to pay $75 for their website breaking. I declined... holding longer... was offered $50 to change... once again, I declined. After 39 minutes of being chatted to like the consumer of a used car salesperson (repeatedly put on hold with variety of offers), I was told I would be rung back by a supervisor within the hour.
Call (#2) Justfly two hours after promised resolution call did not come in, I rang again. I was told I was already 'escalated' and would be called back in 30 minutes.
Call (#3) Call to American Express Gold to flag the charge (this call took 30 seconds).
Pass. Consumer driven market with many choices, this will not be one of mine.

SO I have spent hours on the phone trying to get this resolved, and my head is still throbbing from the dreadful static of the 'music' from your hold button.
My third call, I have now been on hold for 39 minutes (after being placed on 11 min into the call) - your rep has disappeared.
HERE IS WHAT HAPPENED:
I booked my first flight with Justfly, your website crashed after I booked flight and went into an error on screen. I went with another company, later to find an email from you saying the flight had been booked.
On my second call I was asked to pay $75, then $50, then $20 as a 'cancellation fee'. YOUR website broke... if I were in the wrong here, I would happily pay but I am not.
I am on call number three, and now being told I am unable to cancel as I 'rejected' the offer. I simply asked to have a manager contact me, and have been attempting to cancel this the day after the flight was booked when I realized regardless of the error message my flight apparently was booked.
I have now been on hold for over an hour, and finally reached the manager who tells me I now my only option is a credit with this company as THEIR manager's did not get back to me within 'their' timeline? Run, as fast as you can. Horrific experience.
Worst time I have ever had with an airline, and I have traveled extensively throughout the world.

Several months later, and many hours spent, I finally received a credit. Use BBB if you have an issue, I believe this helped the process.
I've been using Justfly for the past year and not once did I experience an unsatisfactory flight. Their agents are also one of the friendliest I've ever talked to. Travel enthusiasts should try them at least once!
I've used Justfly three times before, first was when I went to Narita, second was to Singapore and third when I went to Cambodia. I will be using it again soon when I go to Osaka. So far I've never had any serious issues, maybe a few website lag problems but other than that everything always works properly.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
