I ordered a Metabones speed booster ULTRA 0.71x to adapt old Nikon lenses to my new Olympus MFT camera 📷. It was in perfect condition and functions better than expected. Great experience KEH!

I was shopping for a Nikon 70-300mm lens and found a few of these available. Each had a rating as to how close to new the lens was. This helped me to decide on which one to purchase.

After supplying two tickets with optimal information they still required my Order ID, I wanted to cancel my purchase but nothing could happen cause my first ticket wasn't responded to the next morning. I ended up paying for the return at FedEd of $25 for an Item I didn't want because customer service couldn't help me what so ever and I know I won't be getting a reimbursement for the return either. My first and last time I'm buying anything from this company.

We went back a generation of Canon flash stuff because of the new data port hot that nobody requested. So we needed a couple of really clean open box examples. These guys did it and did it for a really superior price. Very grateful.

The new lense arrived quickly and was in excellent condition. This was third prurchase from KEH and everything arrived in good condition.

The ordering experience and customer service have been great. My package arrived quickly, unfortunately, through no fault of KEH, the package was torn up and I am unclear if there is any internal damage to the camera lens I purchased as a Christmas gift. I called KEH customer service and told them the box was badly damaged. I sent them pictures of the package and they talked me through trying to determine if there was any internal damage and forwarded the information to their FedEx department for notification. Since I don't know anything about the camera, and I have till January to return it, we are waiting till Christmas. After I give it to my son, he can fully check it out for damage and we can exchange it then if necessary.

Went to return a camera that was said to be a EX+. But when I received it there was a large scratch on top of the flash. Then I was told after sending pictures of it they still felt it was a EX+. I do not think that this camera was a EX+ poor grading. Then when I wanted to return it I was told I would have to pay a return fee of $25.00.

The camera did not recognize any lenses when attached. This is highly concerning considering the camera was rated as EX+. Really want to trust KEH for my camera purchases, but I have a bad feeling.
