All went well. I was kept up-to-date with the delivery time and everything went smoothly.

Chose an olde 35mm Minolta camera I used in my youth to get back to try film again. Was classified as Excellent + and it seems like new!

The website was a bit wonky across different browsers but finally processed. Lens came in an out a week and appears as listed. Test shots in different light and apertures are tack sharp with expected bokeh

Called with questions about Olympus camera, person was very polite and helpful. Camera arrived and was in way better condition than anticipated for a 35 year old camera. This will be my son's first real camera, thank you

Received a Nikon D80 camera body and 18-200 Nikon lens that gave an Err code and wouldn't take a picture. Retuned for credit, which was an easy process.

I received my package quite quick after ordering. Everything was packed well, nice and safe, and all products were exactly as good as the condition was described on site.

We ordered a used dslr camera and two lenses from KEH, which arrived promptly within just a few days. We were given tracking information and updates, as well as a delivery notification upon arrival. We have already taken the camera out on multiple nature hikes and could not be happier with the results captured with our "new" equipment, which appear and function like they have never been used before.

I ordered a Canon EF 100-400mm f/4.5-7L IS USM II lens and shipped by FedEx. I was able to reroute the shipment to my usual FedEx pickup location, and got it. For some reason, many sellers won't let you do this, and I have to wait a few days before I can pick it up at the carrier's pickup location.

The lens I got was exactly what it was listed, and I'm very happy with. 🏻

My first time ordering a used Sony lens from KEH was successful. The lens was in the quality described and I've had no problems with it. The delivery from KEH and follow-up communication was excellent. I would definitely use KEH again when I'm looking for high quality used photography gear.

Customer service was super helpful and responsive. The used Sony lens I purchased was as close to brand new as I've seen. Great value. And packaged well.

Looked thru multiple sites but found the lens my daughter wanted for Christmas at KEH. Good price for a high quality lens. Well packed for the delivery and arrived quickly. Website was easy to use and understand what I was looking at.
