I can always count on excellent customer service from KEH. I received my order expertly packed and quickly shipped. Unfortunately, the UG rated item was just too UG, so I immediately requested a return and a RMA was quickly provided so I could send the item back. Filter in mint condition and exactly as described. I could also have it shipped to a fedex location and pick it up so it wasn't sitting outside my house all day.
I received my order however it was broken. I tried to contact KEH both by email and phone but I have not received a reply.
I want my item replaced or money refunded.

The item was cheaper than usual so I expected some usage marks but it looks good as new and works perfectly. It arrived earlier than expected and packaged securely. I'll certainly use KEH again.
Nathan single handedly helped me through getting my camera gear after their security denied my payment for basically no reason "email not used with a vendor". My email is linked to my bank and has been used for every vendor purchase I've basically made to the card including Amazon and more. Well my payment got denied so I had to wait 2-5 days for a refund to make the purchase with PayPal and Nathan helped me to hold the purchase cart and change the order while not having to remake it so I can get my stuff. Got my package in 3 days after the PayPal went through. Thanks a ton!
