Arrived in 2 days! Set up was really simple. Most comfortable bed I've ever slept on, I have lower back issues and the zero gravity setting let's me sleep all night and wake up with no back pain. Only been a week but so far it's really nice and a lot less expensive than any other bed with these features.

My new bed is in the process of being shipped to me amid the Covid situation. I have had two live chats and an email interaction with the Kyvno employees and they have been extremely helpful. I was told that there may be a delay and a couple of shipments due to the virus, but we have received 3 of our 4 boxes this week in a very timely manner and the 4th should be here tomorrow. The whole process has been very fast. If the bed is as good as their customer service and fast delivery I will be an extreme pleased customer. Thank you for your good service!

I haven't slept through the night in a couple of years, always waking up at least two times with hip and shoulder pain. I have had the bed 2 days and have slept through the night both nights. There was a storm last night with thunder evidently and I didn't hear a thing. I also told myself "I don't really need the adjustable part, I'll probably not event use that." I tried the zero gravity and was amazed at the comfort especially since I'm have some hip pain. It was great. Maybe I will use zero gravity!

I can truly say this is the best company I have ever purchased from. They were super quick answering any and all questions I had prior to purchasing the split king Kyvno and had me at ease knowing I was making a good choice as well as assuring me if I was unhappy for any reason during the sleep trial I could send it back no questions ask no fees etc. But trust me~ you WONT be unhappy! We have had this bed for a little over a year and couldn't be happier. I have had every mattress out there from tempurpedic, sleep number, different memory foam and gel mattresses and I can tell you this is the absolute BEST. My husband and I both have pain in different areas and the split king is perfect for each of our needs. Not to mention the wonderful customer service, they literally will go above and beyond and have several times for us. It's been over a year and they are still happy to answer questions and help me in purchasing a bed frame to ensure the Kyvno would fit. The purchasing was an absolute breeze! No fuss and I received by bed so fast. They treat me like I am VIP anytime I speak to someone. I can't say enough about this great company from their team members to the quality of their product! This is the only review I have ever written but this is how highly I think of Kyvno and my experience.

Kyvno provides excellent customer service and is there for the customer even after the purchase. I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience Erica provided during the purchase and delivery of the bed. She was available and provided answers. After about 3 months of owning this great bed one of the remotes started to malfunction and was probably due to user error. However when I contacted Erica at Kyvno to see about purchasing a new remote, she advised that she was just going to send me a new one. That was it! No hassle, no troubles just great care.

We are new to the bed, I wanted to share my first impressions. The packaging was well done, and the set up was straight forward. The motors are quiet and movement fluid. We purchased the split king, and I was hoping the mattresses would come together better, but the mattress has soft edges and no lateral mattress retention system. Looking forward to my first nights sleep on it tonight!
