I have ordered before but the site was not accepting the password so I had to create a new account, but I had to contact customer service, because the e-mail that was supposed to arrive to 'verify' my account did not show up in my inbox or junk mail. Hoping this is the only snafu I experience with my current order!
My first order unfortunately was lost in the mail due to change of address issues with USPS. However, lensabl stepped up and replaced my frames (no charge) and completed a new pair of glasses at no cost at all to me. Very helpful online services and staff attention to my order!
Last time i ordered, a holiday weekend so no mail, I was hounded to mail the frames from the time I placed the order. Obviously I want my glasses so I will get the parcel out to you ASAP. The cust. Service follow up was not fantastic. Glasses are.

Wanted a pair of sunglasses that were readers, 200 power. Your directions are horrible to follow. My order arrived, thought I was getting sunglasses, the buy 2 get 1 free promotion ani got a pair of glasses I can't even wear. They are not readers, but appear to be prescription glasses. Sorry to say, but for the price I paid for something I can't use doesn't sit well with me! Needless to say I won't be recommending your company to anyone.
The sunglasses were not usable because the shape didn't accommodate the progressive lens. It was challenging to get in touch with a representative, so please make sure you have the necessary information beforehand.
Everything was very smooth, the process was entirely online, sent my frames, a couple of weeks later, they arrived with the new lenses and they were spot on!
The last experience was a not as expected. I was not notified when my frames arrived at your facility and there were no progress updates, no notification when the lenses/frames where shipped and therefore no tracking. In the past communications have always been prompt and frequent. In addition there is no phone contact which is very disappointing as sometimes one just has to speak with a human being to resolve an issue. We'll see how this order goes.
From beginning to end Lensabl gave five star service. When I received my frames it was like receiving a new product. Brand new foldable case, new lens cloth and bottle of cleaner, things I did not expect. All packaged in a prefit box. A +
I bought a pair of sunglasses and sent them to Lensabl to put in prescription lens. When they were returned to me, some of the abalone inlay was broken off. They did send a warning that breakage could happen. Fortunately, the company that made the frames offered to replace the frames and have the new lenses put in at no cost to me. Thank you SLYK.
So far, I have replaces lenses in 3 pairs of glasses -- and I will continue to use Lensabl and recommend it to all my friends! So much less expensive than eye doc! And reliable!

Since I ordered my sunglasses from Goodr and they were sent directly to Lensabl, there was no way for me to know where the center line needed to be for my progressive prescription. Lensible tried to estimate it, but it isn't right. I have to tilt my head down in order to see distance clearly to drive/walk. I probably will just use these to read in the sun and never try to order progressives online again.
I had taken my frames to other labs and they told me they were unable to put new lenses in my frames. You company was easily able to do this and the glasses came out great.
So easy and affordable! The lens places are always trying to "up sell". I get that but I just want my glasses that are in the perscription.
Sent the frames but never got them back. Sent several emails asking for status and tracking but never got a reply. A company that doesn't even reply (no phone number) doesn't deserve to be in business. Will have AMEX reverse the charges and will post on forum about experience.

I ordered premium everything for my new lenses and I'm glad I did. My advice - at least splurge for the premium coating; it really makes a difference. I had to send the eyeglasses back for a redo because one of the lenses was loose. Although I live in Colorado in a town close to the lab in Denver, the redo took 2 weeks. It should have been marked "priority." Lensabl should also send out an email notice when eyeglasses are received to eliminate guesswork and worry. They also need more people on the customer service crew. It often takes longer to respond than it should. The finished product and price, however, are great! I saved $350 on progressive lenses. The company just needs a better focus on communication for a totally satisfying customer experience.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
