I have purchased from LightUp for the past 5 years. The service has always been timely, the products are reasonable reliable and where there have been warrantee issues LightUp has always responded positively without hassles, shipping replacement bulbs quickly. I can recommend them and it's rare I ever do that on line.
See above that a bulb was broken on delivery. We were not able to use the bulbs.

Mounting bracket is impossible to install by yourself. It needs a flat piece of middle in the middle so you can hold it up by one hand. In addition, they lost my order but did ship another one out.
So far so good. Item was shipped fast and received a few days later.
