I'm a contractor and have been buying regular for around 5 years now from light up. They have very good products at a very competitive price. I usually buy of Kara H. In contractor sales. She is always in a great mood and a true joy to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable with the products and lets you know she is concerned with your order. If the one is out of stock she can usually come another product that will work. If I could get this lady a raise, I hope this review lets her boss know they have a great employee.
I was contacted by shipper, I gave my contact info to meet delivery truck. Shipper said that I would sent email with tracking info and approximate day of delivery. I received email with tracking info that did not work. No phone call from driver. Until 10 minutes before arrival at fire house. We are a volunteer fire dept so no one on site. I had to hurry to get to truck and unload. So your shipper dropped the ball big time on communication.

I was looking for some LED Flood lights for my yard. Found some 13 watt bulbs on clearance for a great price!
Have made purchases before with no issues, but this fixture was basically just thrown in a box with very little packing, the rear plastic creased and frame bent.
If i wasn't able to straighten would have sent back. The product works well.

Since I got two LED panels the total was $114 which was over $100 and therefore I got free shipping. Ordered on Saturday, they arrived Tuesday, and I installed them both by Wednesday. They work well.
Shipping took longer thank expected - thankfully we were not in a rush for these items! We did appreciate that we were not billed for the items until they shipped.
I paid extra for the faster shipping and it still only came through as the original date for free shipping. It gave a notice that it would be slower delivery after making the purchase. It should have gave notice before making the purchase of faster shipping. Disappointed with that and am still waiting for a response back

I have 26 4ft fluorescent fixtures between my barn, garage, and basement. Several of those were completely burnt out. The LED bulb 20pack at $2 a bulb were listed as "warm bright" 3500k and I was a little leery of them not being "white" enough but they are sure bright enough to not care if they're blindingly white.
They had what others didn't, and still the best price. Great communication, too.
