I just received my MAC order. I am in heaven. These Patent Paint Lip Lacquers are fantastic. I purchased Major Glazer, Lacquered Up, Polished Prize, Eternal Sunshine, Red Enamel, Latex Love, and Slick Flick. I love them all - sorry I didn't get them all. Great shine, longer lasting then most glosses. Plus it leave a nice stain on lips as it fades. I also replenished Ruby Woo and am trying Velvet Teddy for the first time. Cannot wait. I bought a new lip brush #316. I think this lip brush is the best - I've tried other brands but I love the way this applies lip products. I also finally bought the foundation brush #196. Last but not least I also got the Extended Play Gigablack Lash Mascara - I love all MAC's mascaras so I think I'll like this too.

I love mac products but in this pandemic i rely mainly on online shopping. Mac's website is the glitchiest most frustrating site I've been on. I understand they are trying to offer a special feature to be able to try on the products but it doesn't really work and just craps out the site. I wish they would have a separate page for that function if people want to use it but for the rest of us that dont use it. It just causes the site to be slowwwwwwwwwwww and glitchy. I'd love to shop online for Mac but not if just browsing through the site causes me so much anxiety lets not mention trying to use the try on features that doesn't work properly anyway. As a million dollar or multi million dollar company I think Macs online website user experience should be pleasant and they definitely need a cleaner look. My head spins in circles with all the chaos on their site. Ended leaving fustrated and disappointed with no purchase... PLEASE improve your website!

I went to Mac Morley Myer yesterday to just ask if there is any sort of info from Mac to return a product as I had purchased it from a different place. The lady called Samantha was very unpleasant in dealing with my question and not unknowledgeable about a certain company or item, she did not even let me finish my enquiry and she got very rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful. Before she even provides any sort of info, seek help from colleagues, or her manager, she straight away started shouting and told me to go back to where I purchased the product from and she is not going to do anything about it. I was very shocked and got terribly upset the way she treated me. So, I just told her if you cannot help, there is no need to get rude and treat people bad. I walked to the counter, where there was another lady there and I explained to her what happened, the lady told me to come back later to speak to the manager as she is on her lunch break at the moment and she asked me to provide my name with a phone number. While the other lady was talking to me, Samantha came to the counter and said to me I'll call someone to help you, I just said to her before you got rude and disrespected me, you could've done this earlier. To me as a customer, Samantha acted very unprofessional, have extremely poor customer service and lack of knowledge about the company and its products. I work as an assistant manager, I believe no customer deserves to be treated in that way. Later that day I went to a different Mac store where I received the best customer service and they provided with full details of consumer care within Australia and internationally without any rudeness or any complications.

Ordered a buy 1 get 1 free promotion for my wife. The link took me to their Facebook page, not the order link. I sent a message through Facebook and got a response within 24 hours that I am supposed to order it on Lazada. I went to order it on Lazada and there was no option to select the buy 1 get 1 free promotion. At first, I selected "2" units, but saw the subtotal was for 3,200 baht, so instead I selected "1" unit, thinking that they would send the other free one for the single price of 1,600 baht. But, they only sent one, and when I pointed out the error on Facebook, they said I needed to select "2" units and there would be a 50% discount on the 3,200 baht price. But, that's not explained anywhere! When I pointed this out to them, they said that I could return the one product, but they had run out of the free one. Bottom line is, don't trust MAC to get your order right. I'll never buy anything again from a place that doesn't take you directly to the advertised sale. And, of course, I'll never buy another MAC cosmetic product, as they didn't fix the problem when presented with the facts of the order fail.
