You would think that a store that has high prices would have better service. I can get better at service at cheaper stores. Delivered my bed with NO HARDWARE! Left it laid out on my bedroom floor ran out house jumped in their truck and tried to leave without ANY EXPLANATION! I had to pull my iPhone out to catch them!
Was promised the item by the 20th of December before the holiday. It never showed up. I contacted and they said it had been delayed. (Until the 27th) "There's nothing we can do, it's the holiday". No apology, no compensation. I even offered to purchase a new one if they would cover expedited shipping. Nope. Can I speak with a supervisor? Nope. Rudest customer service I've ever encountered. First off, don't promise delivery by a certain date if you are unable to fulfill the promise. It's just a trick to get you to buy. Luckily, I found a WAY cheaper bottle at Sam's club. Returning this JUST so THEY can't have my money. Never will I buy from macys again.
Terrible quality of clothes, they are not any better than what you get on sites like SHEIN! And the App. Is Terrible!

Not happy with Macys right now! 3 online orders got canceled on me, not surprised since l was using my rewards card. Unbelievable, thinking of canceling my credit card after this. Two weeks ago 4 of my orders got cancelled and l just found out yesterday and l had to go shopping to get my father and nephews their Christmas presents. I didn't even get a call from Macy's to let me know.
I ordered 4 items for Christmas and had a terrible experience. One item was somehow "sent back to the shipper" and was cancelled by Macy's. I was told to "just reorder the same one". Well, NO, why would I. 2 pair of Jeans I ordered on Dec. 17th were to be delivered "by Dec. 28th" even though their website gave a deadline of Dec. 20th to receive in time for Christmas. I chatted and they changed delivery- now to be delivered by Dec. 27th. The last item is scheduled to be delivered Christmas eve by 9:00PM! No wonder Macy's is struggling. Terrible service, promises they can't keep, and terrible customer service. I'd rather spend my money elsewhere from now on.
I ordered my friend a birthday present - wanted to spoil her on her special day! I was excited for her to open it! It never arrived When I called I was told that my package couldn't get delivered because the address was a PO BOX. Why in the world it let me make an order that couldn't get delivered? To make matters worse - I accidentally put my friend's address as billing, so the rude agent in the phone refused to give me any information about it and said that my friend has to call herself. I asked for manager and they put me on hold for 40 minutes and then dropped me. What an awful customer service and unreliable company! Never again!
I paid the extra $10 to make shipping faster. One hour after I ordered the Christmas gift I noticed it was shipping on 12/26. I called to cancel and they said it is "too late" because it has been processed. What?!?! It's processed and going to sit until 12/26 before someone physically grabs the package and I CANNOT cancel. Buyer beware! Terrible customer service. I ordered same product from Amazon for $40 less and being delivered on 12/24. This is how companies go out of business!
Macy's made the error, They lost my card, screwed up my bill, never billed me and charged a late fee. I never got a bill. I couldn't reach a human being. I didn't have a credit card # to pay my bill. Once I got a human being I paid for the merchandise but they said they would remove the late fee.

Absolutely disgusting! The company sent my Xmas gifts to wrong address. After 3 phone calls the China based customer service said they would route then to correct address. Guess where they sent them! Back to macys! Now these items are sold out and I have to deal with last minute nonsense!

I would just like to enter that I ordered online a pair of diamond earrings that were on sale at the time for $700. I called Macy's to tell them I did not receive the package and I would still like the item. Initially, they said that that was fine subsequently I received an email that said not only were they not going to send me the product but that I would be charged for the product that I never received. Call customer service and went through all the verification and they wanted to place the order again and charge my card again. They said it will refund you in 7,-10 days it be ok. No after 3-bad charges on my credit card for $600.00 by Macy's, it NOT OK.

Next online order November 30th, emailed CS many times, always in transit. CS on Christmas eve told me I did not receive it & they get with me in the next 24 hours! One of my finds missed Christmas because of "Failure" of Customer Service to do their job. Plenty of time to make it right... They just don't care! Never... Never shop online with them!
Hi I had a phenomenal experience at Macys. The Macys at Dadeland was crazy full. I had to go to the women's shoes to find a specific pair for my 16 year old who's going to formal Saturday. She had her heart set on a pair of shoes and they didn't have her size. However, I met the most amazing sales person named Carmen. She went to the back and checked thoroughly to look for another size. I promise you that she diligently was looking for my daughters size for over 40 minutes in the back with out giving up. After I had given up hope Carmen came out with my daughters shoes. I couldn't thank her enough after searching 3 different Macys. She's amazing. However, it doesn't end there, after that I had to go and find the intimate apparel to go with the dress. I had another amazing lady in that area help me. Ana Rabelo was her name. She went everywhere loooking for the right size. Finally, Aracely's in the shoe department helped me at the end with another issue and my Macys card. This Macys in Dadeland is incredible. As you moms know it's hard to get it right. It's awesome to see how it truly does take a village. Thank you Carmen, Ana and Aracely's. You guys are angels.
My experience at Macys the last 2 days has been amazing. Saturday I was at houseware in Dade land and Jan helped me. He helped me receive additional discounts on my purchase and was enthusiastic about letting me know. Sunday I received the same service from a lady at jewelry in the falls named Rosa. Rosa helped me purchase a cross for my daughters-birthday. Rosa was so kind and personable she made my daughters purchase a moment that I will always cherish. Honestly, Rosa was patient with my 15 year old daughter and allowed her to try on the jewelry with such politeness and love.
