I placed an order on the evening of 8/12/23 through my Mango account and put it under my current address (which is my "default address" in my account) and their system changed the shipping address to an old address that I had 3 years ago. I noticed right away and submitted a form through Mango.com asking if my address could be changed. The next day I hadn't received a response so I called customer service. I was told by a man that he could not change my address but could cancel my order. I agreed to this and said I'd repurchase with my correct address. He told me that he was able to cancel by order and that I'd receive confirmation in an hour or so as well as a refund in a few business days. Immediately after hanging up I received an email from OnTrac with a shipping confirmation and a tracking number saying that my order would be shipped on 8/17/23 (4 days away). So I called back an hour later and spoke with a woman who told me that I misunderstood the first call and that my order was packaged up and ready to be sent so they could not cancel the order. I asked her why I was lied to and she told me that there was a mistake. They did nothing to help. I called an hour later and went through the automated person on the phone to see if my cancellation request was still present and they had denied it. My tracking number says that the package has not been processed or received and it says that it was be shipped in a few days. I went searching more info about this business and come to find out their reviews are awful because of their poor customer service and unethical practices. I have no idea what I will do because I'm not able to get the package at my old address. Mango was absolutely no help and they strung me along. I they need to make this right!
I love Mango and I'm a huge fan, but the problem is that Mango are for adults or teens. Why can't there be one for kids? I know there is online but I mean for kids face to face, not just online. I mean, what about children's rights? I hope that if you take my advice, the reviews will increase.
So I have been trying to put in an order for 4 days! When I hit order it loops back to the website. I have tried to send in inquiries and later angry cries for help via email, but that does not work. Once you fill in your info, the top "what is this regarding" blanks out, when you try to fill it again, the rest blanks out! Not being one to give up I try their phone system: *******664. I have tried EVERY option and you just do not get anyone on the phone. I don't have an order they can trace to my phone... NO of course no, because I can't put in the order! And in the rabbit hole loop we continue.
MY ORDER WAS CHARGE TWICE, I CANCEL ONE OF THE ORDERS AND I SAW BOTH OF THEM WAS SHIPPED.CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERICE AND THERE WAS NO HELP. I WOULD NOT ORDERED FROM THIS WEBSITE AGAIN
Mango don't give you a full amount of your return if that's the case, the service is poor, they don't provide you with all information, they just say NO,,,and give you and store credit with the amount they want. Sorry I was a customer not only here, in London too. Do never buy from this store...
Mango's customer service is just terrible! During for 2 weeks they told me that my order was processed. Turns out the clothes weren't in stock at all. Logistics, before listing goods on the site, it is worth checking whether they are in stock! I lost time during the general discounts, waiting for a product that is not available. I will never use Mango Online again.
I was a loyal mango customer. I made an order on 6th July. Today, the 11th July they are sending me an email saying the order is cancelled. I think it was a very irresponsible thing to do. And I thought it was a reputable company. I had been waiting for the order for like 6 days now.
I wish I checked these online reviews prior to making an online order. I have always been a fan of Mango and never had any complaints about the quality of clothing received. This of course was when I did in-store shopping. I placed an online order for a wedding I was attending and did not notice that I had an old delivery address stored. I contacted both Mango and the shipping company, On Trac, prior to the delivery of the package to make the address change. The Mango rep I spoke to claimed to have requested the address change with the shipping company. I also contacted On Trac to make sure I had all sides covered. On Trac created a case and said they have to wait for approval from Mango for the address change. The next day, I still did not receive any confirmation email from Mango and decided to call for the second time. This second agent, Catherine, then tells me they cannot change the shipping address. Not only that, there was no supervisor for me to speak to and to take it a step further, she would not give me another phone#, email address or anything for me to reach out to a supervisor. WOW. She said the package would be returned and I would need to reorder everything. As upset as I was, I placed another order due to my time constraints - wedding and all. Today, I see that although I did allll of this, the PACKAGE WAS STILL DELIVERED TO THE INCORRECT ADDRESS! HOW? I spoke to another Mango agent today who was just as unhelpful as the first two. What is boils down to is, the address not only could not be changed, but I am still responsible to pay for a package I never received. How this company can continue to operate like this is beyond me. I WILL NEVER SHOP FROM MANGO AGAIN. Excuse me while I go take a 2 hr trip to an old address to find my $500 package.
I bought $300 worth of clothing. Mango shipped it to my old address when I added my new address as a delivery address. When I called customer service, they mentioned that Mango had to wait for the package to be delivered back to the warehouse and they would refund me the money. And I have to order the same item again (Wow, what a great use of my time). What if the package never makes it to the warehouse? Will I not get my money back for their mistakes? Their customer service/ process is horrible. Never ordering from Mango again.
The website does not have the functionality to delete addresses that are no longer valid. The customer service mentioned I have to submit a form. LOL! Why? Are you going to do a background check and delete my old addresses?
It took them forever to deliver my orders. When hey finally arrived, they were so small! Their sizing is inconsistent. The suits (black & navy both size 6) were extra small meanwhile the shirts (also size 6) were too big. I had to return them. I definitely won't be patronizing them in the future.
I ordered some articles on 16 January it is now 10th May haven't received my order. Have contacted them several times. First time they said the parcel had been delivered. It hadn't, then they said they'd resend it. Never came. Now I have a life so don't spend everyday writing to them. I've just sent another message calling them thieves. I'm a pensioner don't have money to throw away. I'm totally disgusted. Lesson learned...
Mango's customer service is just awful! In these days when there are brands and sites offering the best customer service experience we have mango here with the literal worst. You will get NO help from anyone at mango regarding any issue. My package was lost and the best they could do is give me the number of the delivery company to call and maybe they can help. I am never ordering from them again. Better off ordering from Nordstrom, Macys or Asos if you like their clothes.
I wish I could give 0 stars. My order was allegedly sent to the incorrect address, Mango says it was delivered but I confirmed with USPS and the leasing office of my prior address and it was never provided for delivery to that address or actually delivered. Mango refuses to take responsibility for shipping my items to an address I didn't request and has said I am free to reorder the items, at my cost, but they are keeping my money and refuse to do anything to rectify the situation. There is absolutely zero customer service, I continue to get the same automated emails stating the same thing regardless of the documentation and information I send them which refutes the allegations they make.
Mango is stealing my money, and likely the money of other customers, and has absolutely no concern in the world about it.

Horrible experience. Very poor customer service for online orders and also the in-shop customers are extremely rude and un-helpful. My 400 Euros order are just tangling between Headquarters and transport company for in-appropriate reasons. My correct address is updated into the system since last 2 years and it was delivered successfully till last year. This is the last time I am purchasing something from Mango.
Place an order and paid by credit card on 05/02/2023 and by 22/02/23 I was informed that a replacement order have been processed, because there was a problem with the delivery. On 24/02/2023 received another email that they regret to inform me that four items from my order were no longer available, and the amount for these undelivered, out-of-stock items will be refunded. Because I didn't receive any refund, I conduct my credit card. On 27/02/23) received another email that the replacement order could not be canceled, were apologizing for the undelivered items that were out of stock, and I was reassured again that I have been already refunded for undelivered items (4 items), so I was advised to close the dispute. I close the case believing that the refund was arranged, which didn't happen. After several emails, on 13/03/23 I received an email that the refund for the order I placed on 05/02/23 was processed on 03/12/23. The purchase date is after the date customer service said that were processed the refund so they apologise with another email but still avoids telling me whether or not they have arranged for a refund. 16/03/23 and they still haven't resolved the refund issue. The worst online services I have ever experience.
I ordered a product back in December. It did not fit so I returned it was at the beginning of January and I still have not received my refund. I keep calling and chasing them up and all I get is, that my case it's being escalated and they will contact me via email. I never hear from them. Can anyone help me to resolve this? They owe me €240 which is not a small amount. I love Mango, I shop here a lot, but this is absolutely awful

In 2023 I think two weeks to get your delivery when it says 2-4 business days is completely unacceptable. I also ordered something with plenty in stock by the time it was shipped it run out of stock.
Very bad.Bought 2 pairs boots, one pair's zip pull snapped and I tried to return it. November 2022 to February 2023, chain of emails with none of them reading the problem, responding me standard emails but never solving. I even now complained to Department of Commerce, still their customer service has not solved my returns issue. I will never shop Mango online ever again. They say easy returns but they will mock you around until you give up. The issue is still in the hands of Department of Commerce.

Answer: Only way to find out is to wait. Because I ordered a dress and it arrived 5 days after my order but the Mango website said within 30 days. I was also nervous because after placing my order, I checked the reviews. Hopefully it arrives.
Answer: I just received mine today in Canada and I didnt pay anything, it arrived with DHL, shipped from Barcelona.
Answer: You can extort a reply out of them by complaining publicly under their Instagram posts. But their replies are not too helpful...
Answer: I think only swimwear collections since I searched on google and didn't see anything for resort wear, but I did see swim wear on Mango.
