The worst experience, in fact, they themselves send defective batteries and make them replace them. When you send the item to their return address, they say that you sent the item to the wrong place, and it takes 15 to 20 days. After repeatedly calling, they inquire about the order and send the same defective item back. Not to be trusted. Do not buy anything from here.

Mostly all products are shipped defective on purpose as the warranty for gets void the moment you remove the product for testing like the display is with a protective sheet which is printed and it needs to be removed to check dont buy any at maxbhi

Bought finger print sensor from them. Chose blue somehow they sent me black colored one. That is fine I could have made it work too with my phone. But, the sensor didn't work. Had to purchase from Amazon later and that sensor worked.
Customer service not so great.

I bought a lcd display replacement for lenovo p11, which didn't match my model.
They are not ready to replace it, even I requested them so much.
They fail to understand that it won't be usable for me, it would go to bin.

Worst product quality along with worst customer support. Most of their products are defective or of very low quality which will give you trouble once to buy from them. Better try to get those products from Amazon or any local supplier.When u cancel ur order ur refund will be credited to maxbhi wallet which is the biggest problem either u have to look for new product or u will have no option to spend that money. I suggest u not to buy from them. I have ordered many lcds also and all their qualities 😱.If u really want to waste yu our money then visit Maxabhi. Tq

I order Vivo y58 sim tray they show available after i order payment successfully they say not available again I came back and see their maxbhi site still showing available if u order in 1hour they will deliver your products in your pin if you paid you are gone its faurd site don't believe

They are totally commercial and if we want to cancel the order they are charging 40% of the order amount don't waste your time and money by ordering in maxbhi I highly don't recommend

Maxbhi is a company that is a complete fraud. I ordered a iphone 4 display to fix my old defuct phone and that screens brackets were damaged. I requested for a replacement and they refused. Then I ordered a iphone 4s display from them and it has been 10 days that my order keeps showing as delayed and i cannot get through to their customer care. So on the whole I would say that maxbhi is a complete fraud. Do not let them take even a single penny of yours.

I ordered battery they dont have it still take the order and I paid for it. After receiving money they told item is unavailable. So don't go for this cheaters. They just loot people hard earned money.

Terrible experience. The company has zero customer support, and it feels like a complete scam. They take your money and disappear when you need help. Avoid at all costs—these people are cheaters!

Never buy from maxbhi.com they are cheater i ordered a sim tray but didn't receive till now its a fraud website don't waste your time or money i tried so many times to connect with customer care but there is no response

Suggest you to donate something to the poors rather than purchasing anything from Maxbhi. I do not want you people suffer like me in future. There is 50% chance of getting a defective product and you will never get replacement or refund, I can assure you. My practical experience with Maxbhi is simply very bitter.

Worest service and don't buy any product in maxbhi. We ordered some product but they send another product, then they can't reply to us and not pickup the wrong product.i purchase Samsung s9plus but they send another model front camera.

I ordered my poco x6 pro LCD screen. The order did't get in 15 days
After 15 days they refund my money to E-walet not in my account
When I request transfer the to my bank account it didn't ask me my account details
Tell me if I don't give my account details were they send the money to my $#*!?

They do not have the goods yet they show the items and then keep the order in process for many days. I placed the order 6 days ago but the order has not been dispatched till now. If you call the customer care people then you will have to wait for 15 minutes to get in touch with them, or after that they will call you. Please give time of 2 days, it will continue like this, today it has been 6 days for my order, it is still under progress or it has been a day since the payment was completed. My order is #*******.
