I have ordered 2 dresses on 6 Jan with expected delivery of 21 Jan. After many emails to and from Mirraw, the 1st dress arrived on 12 Feb, just 2 days before my son's wedding by which time I had already had to by another one. I had then cancelled the 2nd dress and was promised a refund but then they still sent the dress and it arrived on 6 March. I refused the delivery and it was returned to Mirraw. Ever since then I have been trying to get a refund but they refuse. I get an anser to every email, but they are all just standard answers, copied from a textbook and not helpful at all.
I cannot recommend this supplier at all!

I ordered two outfits. One with custom stitching and other with the standard measurements.
1. The one with standard measurements has poor stitching on the sharara bottoms. Can't wear it the way it is stitched. I sent the pics to the Mirraw team. They promised 60% refund and want me to get it fixed here in USA. However, no refund processed or any detail provided in that regards.
2. The one with custom stitched is a real pain. The stitching is so poor and fit is as bad as it can get. The outfit is beyond fixable. When sent the pics to the mirraw team they gave the lamest response. In their words:- 'Stitching team knew that this outfit could not be stitched per the measurements provided however its rude to tell the same to the customer beforehand so it was stitched however it could and sent out.' Now they are saying that they will provide only 20% refund. Seriously...they are going to keep rest of the money knowing that this issue could have been avoided.
Its already a month and a half that I have been going hence and forth with them.

Biggest mistake to trust them.
I know Mirraw will ask the order number again...so here you go Mirraw and give your usual reply M*******

I had a very bad experience with the company. They do lots of misleading picture posts, it is very difficult to talk to anyone when you call. They decline to fix your issue but tell several reasons why they can't do it. DON'T buy from them the material is very bad and the pictures are incorrect.

Dishonest people

This website is so easy to scroll through and every design has so many colours! Large variety of designs and colours which makes shopping so much more fun and easy. Definitely was hard to make choices as I wish I could just buy it all! The descriptions and sizing chart were also very helpful and made my decisions easier to make!

They replied very fast and gave me lots of assistance in making my return/ exchange easy! Loved what they had to offer and their understanding in my sizing mistake.

I ordered my dress 2 months ago. After checking the tracking info I found out Mirraw was attempting to deliver my dress to my address in another country...good luck with that. I ask them to rectify the situation and they suggested I pay for their mistake. I declined and asked for a refund. No response. Beware of the company. Very polite in correspondence, however they will do nothing.

I ordered a $100 outfit from them and paid extra for specific stitching instructions. Not only were those instructions not followed after I emailed and WhatsApp-ed them the requirements repeatedly, but the lining under the dress was not reflective of the dress(straight lining on an A line dress) the material of the dress was so cheap and it didn't t look or have the elegance like the dress in the picture. When I reached out to the customer service for returning the product, they kept asking me for pictures and proof of the issues and more details and in the end offered me 10% money back only in mirraw credit. So if you don't want to order from a site that doesn't honor or do returns, or whose quality and products look nothing like the pictures online, then stay far away from wasting your money on this site

Don't buy apparels from Mirraw.com. It took one month to deliver the items that too after sending emails. One of the item is defective and I reported on the next day I received the item. Again and again they asked for product photos and after couple of emails, they told I have reported after 2 weeks, so that they can't replace the item. They told, they will give 15% refund. I couldn't understand why I have to loose my money for their mistake. Every day they will send mails regarding and they are saying they will refund the money to Mirraw wallet and I have to agree for 15%. Who wants to buy again from Mirraw. And it is going to be 3 months and still not resolved. I purchased for $132 and defect item is of $32. Can't they refund $30?. I done shopping from Mirraw 1 year back, service was ok. But this time it was terrible. Price is high, quality is very bad.

To mirraw representatives --- I have already contacted you multiple times and replying all your mails for the past 2 months. Totally we exchanged 40+ emails. If you really wants to resolve, you could have been solved this month before. I written this review to save other people.

They will not return my money since it's custom stitched.
Blouse is supposed to be sleeveless they made it with sleeves, neckline measurement is incorrect, color is Gooddy and material is cheap.

Difficult customer service, not what I ordered

I ordered two sets of salwar kameez, both having three in a pack. After being told I could not have sleeves as was pictured, I asked to replace the product.

It seems the two sets went to two different groups of people. One person was extraordinary helpful in allowing me to pick a replacement product. The other group of people were unhelpful. One told me it was impossible(even though someone else had helped me do the same thing). Another was rude and offered to do the job for a fee over the product's worth. I eventually had to accept their crap work and nonsense lies to get the order moving.

Sadly, one of the replacement products was not as pictures(no fault of the person in charge of that order). The other products had all had their sleeves made as small as they possibly could be, just to be spiteful(I had needed long sleeved items).

What a bunch of crooks and liars.

Worst customer service

DO NOT BUY FROM MIRRAW. They dont have any international return policy. You have to bear the cost of your return which can be more than what you paid. And also they dont accept the returned package saying that its too late. You have to return within 7 days of return. How can you return an international package within 7 from USA to India?

They dont return to your emails. On the phone they talk nice but they dont have any solid answers. Mirraw International Buying is a scam

I ordered 3 sets of kurta, dhoti for my children but only 2 arrived. I had ordered this on the 6th of October but received one item short on the 29th of October only after repeated emails and calls where they assured me that the last item was delayed but would arrive.
And I am still writing in to customer service which keeps sending me standard replies that they will take 24-48 hours just to attend to this issue on top of all the delays I have experienced. I am still one item short for which I had paid in full and no one in Mirraw seems to know where the missing suit is. How is this possible? Should you not keep track of all your customer's orders? This is really bad service and Diwali is at the end of next week. It looks like one of my children will not have a suit to wear.

They make commitments that they don't fulfil on. They deliver you one brand with pieces from another brand and when you complain, they say they will compensate you by giving you a 10% discount on the future orders finally when you argue with them and you open a dispute with PayPal they agreed to take the product back, but when you try to ship the product back from Canada or US back to India with appropriate tracking it costs you almost the same as the product cost. Be careful. Be careful Nilesh is the biggest liar. Don't use PayPal use credit card company. They will back you up more than #PayPal they say to PayPal they will provide refund once they get product back and PayPal closes the case. Mirraw know you won't send it back - too expensive - so they close the case

The order was not complete. They delivered the items three weeks after the date they promised to deliver. The order was incomplete. The custom stiching was not custom!
They charge my bank account 3 times and now I have to go through the hassle with bank and Mirrow. They are fraud business. They don't deliver on time, they charge three times on my credit card And Customer service is rude.

Never order from this company, worst customer service, once they get money they care least about customer
I ordered a dress, It was delivered in time but right in front one embroidery decor was overlapped with other one, also the other belt design which was supposed to be on the waist is too high, front neck cut is higher than back (reversed than usually done in most dresses), Because of the above mentioned defects dress looks ugly and not able to wear. As shown in picture 1 and 2 there should be a gap of 2-3 inched between the belt like design and neck line decor. I contacted more than 10 times but their standard emails with no specifics. My dress is shorted two inched than i requested but they showed old measurements in their favor., not the one they one they confirmed with me final. It is frustrating and waste of time to deal with their customer service. I will never recommend anyone this company. I emailed (n=10) to N. Shankar, Ms. Pratibha and talked to two different agents in India about my complains.
