It was really easy to shop on the site. I liked how very straightforward it was to add the items to the cart, it was my first time purchasing a lift, so I wasn't sure all the different parts so this process made it very easy and if you had any questions, they were super responsive to the chat box.
The only thing I would change is I wasn't sure how many packages were gonna be delivered.
I ordered the 4Runner 2.5" Bilstein 5100 kit with OME upper control arms and the struts assembled. The rear shocks, rear springs and upper control arms came packaged really well. I had to contact them to find out were the struts were. Two days later I get the struts thrown in a box with a little piece of foam to protect the threads at the top hat. The top hats were missing nuts and one top hat was not seated properly so now I have to go out and get it seated.
As expected! Thank you! Box came in nice undamaged. Everything inside was secured and good. The base rack was in new condition. Everything was great.

Eddie's is awesome! I purchased a OME 3inch lift for my 4th gen 4runner a few years ago. I talked with Eddie and told him my issues with my previous lift and he had a great solution so I went with the 3inch OME with soft springs. Skip ahead to a few weeks ago, I reached out to Eddie@ Mudify for a complete lift with wheels and Tires for my 5th gen 4runner that I had just purchased. I wanted something that rode as soft as factory so he recommended going with Bilstein 6112 and 5160 out back with Rear OME soft springs. I am so glad I went this route because out of all the lifted vehicles I have owned this one is by far the best riding one. Reach out to Eddie and he with treat you right and the guy actually cares and that makes the biggest difference! Thank you Eddie and Mudify! I will be buying skid plates from you in the near future.

Very helpful and knowledgeable! Helped me get the rite set up on my 4Runner and rides better than any other set up I've had on it. Very pleased and will use them again.

Great customer service, knew exactly what I needed and made great suggestions. Springs not only eliminated sag but also body roll and provided a far better ride than stock springs with a spacer.

Customer sure service and shipping was top notch parts came in perfect and was updated every step of the way with either an email or a phone call. I haven't installed the lift yet so no review in the actual product but I recommend modify to anyone curious on them as a company. I look forward to ordering from them again!

I was doing some research on Old Man Emu UCAs for my 4Runner and read a blog post that mentioned purchasing from Mudify. I decided to head to the Mudify website and place an order. The price was right and checkout was a breeze. The item shipped promptly and arrived sooner than expected which was great because I didn't want to drive my truck around too much before installing this part. Overall great experience with Mudiify and I will certainly be purchasing from them again.

So far I've had a great experience with Mudify - Miguel and I had a chat for something like 30-40 mins over the weekend about suspension upgrades for my 4R, and he gave me a lot of great information that led me to purchase the OME UCAs. I received them quickly and safely. They seem to be very well made as Miguel had advised, and I'll very likely purchase the OME BP-51 or MT-64 suspension as well as a result (leaning towards BP-51s). From beginning with the information about shipping to Europe/Austria and the confirmation that all items (springs and shocks) are labeled with the expected OME number., till the fast shipping, all worked perfect.
In case nobody in austria can sell such items, I will chosse the same way with Mudify again.
