The reason I trust Ninecolours is that every time I have ordered some product. It has always turned out to be the best. In every context and I can anytime chose Ninecolours over any other website to purchase Ninecolours because of my experience.
I had a very very bad experience with ninecolrs. It is a fraud and cheating company. Customer service is also not good people are so rude when u ask about order status. I got my project after 20 days from my purchase date. So please be aware and don't waste ur time and effort.
I was of course drawn to their website because of their deals and prices, for what looked like cute items. I ordered 2 sarees and what I got was terrible. I payed $200 with shipping and when I got the items, I was disgusted. First of all they send me wrong sizes and bad material, so cheap, really bad quality. The Necklace set i bought arrived broken. Their customer service is horrible. I cant believe I was so stupid as to allow myself to be robbed by these scammers.
I read some of the reviews, those who were happy to receive such bad quality are either mad or have no taste, I can believe that they could receive 5 stars... the facts are those posts are fake, just like the website...

I was of course drawn to their website because of their deals and prices for what looked like cute items. I ordered 2 saares and what I got was terrible. I payed 280 CHF with shipping and when I got the items, i must to pay extra + 69 CHF for shipping. First of all they send me a wrong size and bad material, so cheap. Their customer service is horrible. I cant believe i was so stupid as to allow myself to be rob by this crook of a site.
0 star from my side. There is nothing I can say good about them. Poor customers service. The products were delayed by 20 days. I chatted to them about it 3 times and they kept saying it will be dispatched in 24-48 working hours but it didn't i. E. they blatantly lie to your face. Then I asked for a refund as one of the products was unavailable (even though it said the item is ready to ship when I checked again in the website -http://www.ninecolours.com/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=*******) and they emailed saying my refund will be processed but I still dont have the refund. I called them a couple of days later 4 times to inquire about my refund and they rudely hung up on me when I was saying something ON ALL OF THE CALLS. I emailed them first but no reply on email which is why I called.
So current situation is that I don't have refund on one of the products. Because one of the products is unavailable I dont have the cashback either. Total waste of money, time and effort.
Nice wedding collection i ound on this webstie, i was roaming here and there to buy saree since one week to wear in wedding ceremony of my brother as i live in Australia so i was wont be able to get sarees store. Because of this reason i searched online for sarees. And i found it from this website. It was affordable for me and good design which i wanted.

I have very bad experience, nothing is clear, products are not matching ordered one., refund they say It can go in my ninecolour wallet and can buy another products... call centre no one is picking up. Disgusting experience., 50% cash back also will go in wallet so no money back to account. It's a trap

I have purchase 3 kurtas (Unstiched) from them. Material, size and design is totally different from photo. I received it on friday evening only. I send an request for return on monday morning. No one is replying for two days. After i send reminder then they reply as "return issue should be informed within 24hours"".
But in my parcel It is mentioned as "7DAYS" return.
So, That people are cheating.

Customer executive staff was very help full while ordering saree product. They suggested me very well as I was not much aware about Indian fashion
It was my second order on Ninecolours and the first order was good and I was 100% satisfied so I ordered once more but this time I am not that satisfied as the fabric quality was not as mentioned. I ordered a net saree and I was expecting it to be great this time also but the net was not of a very good quality. The embroidery and everything was up to the mark. So i will tell them to just improve this thing else everything is perfect so that I can look forward to shop again with them.
Ordered a blue dress for the first time at ninecolours and received a slightly different blue colour. The pattern and style were the same. I understand the slight difference and it's OK. I call the customer executive and told them that I found difference in colour so they told me that this is very normal we have mentioned this on our site and it was my mistake that I didn't see that still was not liking it as I imagined it like that only do I called them for return and they were quick with it and then I didn't got any problem

DON'T DEAL WITH THIS STUPID COMPANY
I had placed an oder on 18 Octoer and the same day I got a verification call from their team confirming the order under COD (CAsh on Delivery) and I confirmed it over the phone as well and the girl called me confirmed the delivery. After 3 days, again I got a call from teh same team confirming the order. Now, they are saying that it will take another 10 days to dispatch the order.
My dear friends, there are so many online companies available in the market where you can get the product in 3 working days insted of waiting for 15 days and several phone call verifications.
My suggestion is to go for a branded online shoping website instead of dealing with such unprofessional peoples.
