To all the folks out there who really do not want their money to go down the drain, my earnest advice is to avoid this site at all costs. If you really end up receiving what you have ordered, you must be luckiest. Otherwise, road to hell starts there. Cumbersome return policy, pathetic customer service, they never bother to answer your mails... Now it is 1-1/2 months since they shipped a wrong size dress for my little girl and am stuck with it. I was assured that I could return the product via their pickup guy and am still waiting... Hope that guy is coming from Mars... Meanwhile, they remain silent on refund or replacement... I am literally tired of shooting mails to them... DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON SUCH SCAMSTERS...
Let's start with customer service, terrible terrible terrible. When you call them to talk to they will pick the phone up and hung up on you. Second when order you and they will your order after million follow ups. I placed my order on April16 and didn't receive my order until May 16 so I call them and told them to cancel my order so they in hurry made my order and the size were wrong and not properly sewed together. Now I want to return the order they ask you to contact there return team I did and they replied me back a day later which was too late because I already return my order and the email they send said we will not refund your money back because it was custom stitch I don't think they even bother doing custom stitching in my order since it didn't fit me at all.
Just don't bother buying from this fraud stealer people's website, unless you want experience like mine.
Awful quality and even worse stitching. Their "cash back" when you spend more is just a coupon you use on your next purchase and you cannot use all of it either, like 3-5$ per order. Do not buy from here.
I had bought a lenga but it did not look or fit anything like the picture. The material was very cheap. And what's the point of having a return policy if they will not accept your purchases?! Not satisfied with their product at all and will not be ordering from them again. Waste of money

I did receive my order after hundreds of follow ups then it was totally in different colour. The product i recieved was in pink colour and the one I ordered was clearly marked as red. Its been 2 months. Still chasing it. Now they are saying they only received saree not the lehga suit. Forgot to mention the earrings I ordered they didn't have ut in stock. But they deduct the money for that and never bother to tell me that its not in stock. I found it missing when I received my order. Not a single apology from them. Feeling frustrated..

Why is Nine Colours not sending the Goods in Time? What would be the Quality of the Goods as per the web reviews I find that it will not be upto mark. Also Nine color's customer service people do not give any name. They all chat and say Give your order No. Then say the same thing. Your order will be shipped tomorrow. And it is never shipped next day. My question is Why don't these Guys Have a direct line for their Manager or Director or Owner so that they can see what their customer is facing. Why are the Top Management of This Company Hiding behind the Customer Service People? I think because they do not want to do ETHICAL BUSINESS. This might be my last order with Nine Colours if at all my order comes to me?
I ordered what looked like a beautiful light orange lehenga with a beautiful green and golden threaded o embroidery but what i received looked nothing like that. They gave me a horrible deep orange lehenga with a light orange embroidery. They ask me to ship the parcel back to them via courier and all the changes for shipping back would be borne by me, and they say that they will refund my money into the wallet and i can order another dress using the walllet whose price would be equivalent to the one i have ordered one. They also say that the shipping charges are not included in the refund.
It is not advisable to purcahse anything from this website. They have a feature called 'live support ask us anything', but no one answers your queries. Even the customer care service is horrible with rude people. They either don't answer your call or don't reply properly. They're return process is so complicated and expensive that i have decided to retain the same product as they are asking me bear the shipping charges twice when there is absolutely no mistake from my side. Please refrain from making any purchase from this website.

Whenever I order something from them and I request them for sending my order on urgent basis or anything regarding stitching and fittings they are always ready to answer them. The customer service staff is very co opertaive. Everytime I call them with hundred of questions and querries and they always answer it so patienly and calmly. Thank you for your cooperation!
I don't understand this. There is no INR in the currency selection but delivery within India is free. When Converting the prices in $$ to rupees, each item is very expensive. The same items are much cheaper in other Indian sites.

No stars for nine colors, they should be taken to court. I had placed an order for a saree on 6 Feb, 2017 and paid through Paytm to nine colors. For a month after the payment, Nine colours kept saying they have not received payment while I had a confirmed paid receipt from Paytm. When i threatened them that i will go to consumer court, they finally agreed they had received payment and said my product will be shipped within 48 hours. It has been another 10 days now but they have not shipped the saree, nor are responding to emails or phone calls.
CONSUMERS PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS SITE. Complete fraudsters
