On December 6th I place an order for 6 products

The order is shipped on December 14

The order is inspected by customs at destination on December 27

The order is delivered on January 16

When I receive the order, only 4 products arrived (I was never notified of this situation)

To date, January 18, they have not yet refunded my money for the 2 unpaid products.

I ordered a product and it has been more than a month since I placed my order. There is no update and no response about where the heck my order is. This seems to be a scam.

Somebody please tell me where I can complain about these guys or write reviews which are visible to everyone. I don't want others to fall prey to this fake website.

Don't trust this company Nutriessential.com, it is 100% scam. I wish I could add a picture of the products but all they sent me was an envelope which had tracking to prove they sent something. Ripped me off over $300

Order never shipped (it's been eight months). Customer service does not reply to emails or answer any of their phone calls or return voicemails. Not recommended.

Placed an order on Nov 20, got an email stating my order had shipped November 23, I sent an email Nov 27 asking for a tracking number, then called and emailed again Nov 28, I received a response back November 29 stating a tracking number would be provided soon buts it's now December 8 and still no tracking number.
Ill be initiating a credit card charge back if I don't get an update with the next couple of days.

The website is easy to understand and the products are exactly the same as the doctor's office
Check out was super fast and already had saved my coupon for next time.

Have had the most horrible experience with this company. First I didn't receive any shipping details re my order. After emailing them on the daily basis I finally manage to get the shipping details. After that it's been weeks and I still havnt received my order till now. It's going to be a month. I order a lot of supplements from other websites which are promptly shipped and delivered I shall never order anything from this company again

Scam company! Florida address listed in website is fake! I made an order for $242 on 1st May. It is now 4th November 6 months later and I never received the item. I chased repeatedly and received a vague sentence at 2 months "check with local customs" with no tracking or ID or information on how to do so. I was then ignored until I started leaving negative feedback. I now receive vague sentences refusing to issue a refund. Cannot find any company registration details to report them. They are a scam outfit - search reviews https://g.co/kgs/wGsi5m such as these -also attached - stealing money from many people - suspected to be in India. I have no money and to lose this with no recourse is devastating

The order arrived much sooner than expected and I was messaged about its progress every step of the way. It is a quality product--SPM Active -- at a lower price than elsewhere. I wondered if this company was promising more than it could deliver, but my experience was great!

I ordered from them in June. They advised in August they couldn't supply my product so I asked for a refund.
First they offered alternatives however I needed a specific brand they could not supply. Eventually agreed to a refund and then gave me the run around until it was over three months since the order and they cannot give a refund.
I've had to report it as fraud to my credit card company to get the refund.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Company posted an item for sale that was D/C and not actually available. They charged132.00 (Canadian) and after several requests for a refund are not complying. They keep recycling pre written emails from their customer service lady Victoria Miller, wanting to substitute to completely different products then saying my request for full refund is being escalated. It's been almost 1 month and they keep recycling the same emails to me every few days and no refund. I do not recommend dealing with this company!
Update after writing review: I wrote Victoria one last e-mail after posting the review, mentioning that upon reading some similar reviews that they, in short, may not be a real company and they could prove me wrong by refunding my credit card. Grateful for the refund but no one should have to go through this experience with a company.

I order a detox kit back on May 30/2023 I have yet to recieve it. I have tried contacting this company at least 5 times with no reply. I recieved correspondence on July 11th telling me that the delay was due to the kit being backorder, funny thing is then on Aug 2/2023 they send me a tracking number, and when you review that tracking number the "apparent package" was in transit on July 6th? So the 11th it is back ordered yet they sent it on July 6th, ODD how that is possible. The "apparent package" has been sitting at Lehigh Acres, Fl ******* ever since. Fast forward to today Oct 5th STILL NO KIT, NO REFUND NOTHING. I am warning anyone dealing with this place to think long and hard if you really want to purchase anything from them.

I made a purchase on 1st May 2023 for $242. The product never arrived. After 2 months of chasing I requested a refund. The company responded once after 2 months, with one sentence stating "check with customs" zero care or onus on delivering the item or it being missing still at 2 months.

It is now 4th October - 5 months later - they refuse to respond and will not return my money or provide the item- I have provided proof of tracking showing the item was never delivered and that it was returned to them by customs. They will not respond - please don't be conned and trust this company- they are a SCAM COMPANY and will STEAL your money!

I am reporting to trading standards but devastated to have lost this money when I cannot afford it

I ordered creatine for the first time with the standard delivery. My order arrived in less than 24 hours anyway! It came in protected packaging with no issues whatsoever, I'm very impressed :)

You notified me when a product was in and I really appreciate that. I was paying twice the amount from another vendor. Luckily, I was able to cancel my other order and order from Nutriessential. I have shopped with Nutriessential in the past year's fast delivery, and reasonable price products.

This company are sneaky. They put my purchase through as $25 usd for shipping. Then after it had all gone through sent another email notification that they'd charged another $64 usd to my account! Without my consent! This is $140 aud! Did not tell me the true shipping rate before purchase. This is an insane amount of money for a couple of lightweight supplements. Now not responding to my replies. Beware the lack of transparency of this company
