Going nuts!

On a whim I visited nuts.com and went nuts! I received my huge box today! Oh. My. Gosh. It is so good. Everything is fresh and tasty. They packaged the items that were chocolate with ice packs so they weren't melted when they arrived. I could not be happier.

I ordered their mixed bag of candy fruit slices... and what I got was a warm bag of sweaty wet 90% watermelon flavored slices. When I complained they stated they'd refund my money or send me another order. I wanted these as I used to get them as a kid 40 years ago... I even asked for specific flavors in my bag, which should be possible since it's a custom printed bag with dorky poems written on it, but what did I get yet again? Rather than put the flavors I requested(and I was even clear if they can't do that I preferred 100% raspberry for my replacement order) they sent yet another bag of mostly watermelon... hot and sweaty again because the geniuses there spend all the money on a custom bag rather than nice foam coolers with decent ice packs. So since they don't seem to give a rats behind I decided to leave them bad feedback. A simple solution to a problem they agreed to fix yet did the exact same thing again. You've been warned folks! And you will pay EXTRA for a tiny tiny'ice pack' that is rated to stay frozen for about 45-minutes... which means it is probably melted before it even leaves their facility on a truck. Pathetic. Sad. Ripoff.

This was my 1st time ordering. I expected it to arrive Saturday, but arrived monday. I paid extra for cold pak for my Chocolate Monkey Trail Mix. I was disappointed that it was a melted mess when it got here. But after it hardened back up, it was super yummy. The organic Chai Energy Squares was really good too. Overall, I was pleased and will order again.

Sourced From CHINA

Beware! I ordered spirulina, organic barley powder, wheatgrass powder, chlorella powder, and bee pollen, and found out afterwards that they are all sourced from CHINA. Anyone with common sense knows that products from China cannot be trusted, even if they've "passed inspection". Anything grown in China has a higher level of toxins and are more prone to contamination. You get what you pay for. Nuts.com is cheap for a reason.

Just received Brazil nuts and Pistachios, zipped open each resealable bag to test my first order. These nuts are outstanding and superb in taste and freshness. Do yourself a solid and order some. You won't be disappointed!

BURNED PEANUTS
June 17, 2020

I do not wish to reorder the pound of large peanuts that I ordered on line. When I contacted Nuts.com to report the issue with burned nuts that I was shipped, they did give me a credit to purchase another pound of peanuts but, I would again need to pay the $9 shipping cost. Beware, their customer service is not good. They are not aware of what it takes to make things right with customers who did not receive outstanding products as advertised.

When, I received my order one bag of chia seeds were open and had spilled al over inside of box and onto my garage floor. I contacted nuts.com and explained concern. My bag of chia seeds were replaced and delivered the next day. I think that is taking care of the customer.

I have ordered from here a couple of times and I was very impressed with the service I received and the super fast service out of all of my online shopping nobody tops nuts.com's verity of products great service and super fast delivery and the writings on the boxes gives me impression that there's happy people that work there and it always puts a smile on our faces when we see that box. I have ordered candy, nuts, and baking products from Nuts.com with no issue. In fact this last purchase has alternative flours that Amazon couldn't get to me until 3 weeks from now! They came from Nuts.com in only 3 days. Very happy with the quality and prices. Very surprised to see so many bad reviews because in my experience they've been great and I'll continue to be a customer.

Paper shell pecans

Buyer beware. They cannot be broken in your hand. Even a nutcracker can't break the shell. Company refuses to give me a credit on my credit card. I must purchase another product to get back $7.99 for which I paid.
Not a regular customer & do not have an account with them. Not pleased with their business practice.

Bad company

Not only a bad company but very nasty unprofessional HR, management and supervisor i stay home during the covid19 so I won't get my wife and kids sick because there are over 100 employees at one place two punch in machines and staffs do not clean there hands properly people at the warehouse put there hands with no gloves eating the chocolates and stealing candiesincluding the warehouse supervisor i just can't believe that be happening there i worked there and I got let go because HR claimed i abandoned the job when I was following cdc protocols I'm taking this to my lawyer.
