I bought a dress at Oh Polly and the chest was too big for me, I tried it on to look if it fits, then I send it back to Oh Polly. Now they say that they noticed "marks on the inside" which isn't possible because I only tried in on. The tags are also still attached even on the outside, so I can't wear it like that even if I wanted to. Now they send the item back to me and I can't get my money back. I think this is very unprofessional because the customer should be able to try it on and send it back it back if they don't like it. You can really see that I didn't wear the dress and I just want my money back. Never buying here again.

Our returns policy states that items must be returned unworn, undamaged, free of makeup, pet hairs, deodorant and perfume and have all original tags attached, so sadly we are unable to accept back items that have been marked. Provided that your item is in saleable condition we will of course accept this back and issue a full refund back to you. Over the last few months, it has been difficult keeping track of all of the return period extensions due to Covid, so when I found out that I had missed the return period by 3 days, I was devastated. Luckily, I reached out to the team and Jess and Katie were able to help get my issue resolved. I sincerely appreciate their help, great customer service like theirs is so wonderful to encounter. I have always been a size 6/8 however the dresses are so tight and sizing is not accurate at all that the last dress I bought a size eight to be on the safe side and it was still so tight. I had to buy two dresses in different sizes as previously it's so hit and miss. I think a lot of the time the dresses are really uncomfortable with no stretch at all as well. The zoos are an absolute nightmare they are always cheap tiny little zips that are hard to fasten. The dress that actually fit me perfectly I wore once and the strap broke. They wouldn't refund as I had worn it. I found it really unfair and I had only worn it for a couple of hours and the strap completely came off. I hadn't even had the garment 24 hours. Poor customer service! I think the clothes are highly over rated for what they are, yes they look pretty but very expensive, bad customer service and overall fit is not good at all, especially if you have boobs bigger than a b cup!

I had a couple of issues with my order, so I messaged the customer service team. I had a response almost immediately from Yasmin. She was so helpful throughout and was so kind. No query was too silly for Yasmin to deal with, she made me feel like she genuinely wanted to help. Everything was sorted in such a short space of time that I even got to wear my oh polly dress on my birthday!

First place I'd look for a dress or two piece if I was having a night out or special occasion. Only problem I have to worry about is not getting the same dress as my sister or friends! As we all end up turning out in oh polly dresses. If I have a oh polly dress on I always get people asking where it's from just love.

Ordered a dress for a family occasion. Sadly
Later that day it was cancelled due to a Family illness. As soon as received it I posted it back without even looking at the dress. Iv now had an email saying it's been posted back as had marks on! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE AS IT WAS NEVER LOOKED AT NEVERMIND TRIED ON! ABSOLUTE LIES! Iv reported them today as what they have said is utterly ridiculous. They seriously need to see who's checking these dresses., and if this is a ruse to stop refunds as there are hundreds of reviews saying this happened to them! I will NOT accept this and trading stands are now being involved...

Bikinis

Can you please do a bikini cup size that's bigger than a B? I don't know why so many shops do it but why are bikini tops always in sizes 6, 8, 10 when there are obviously women who are a size 8 back but a DD cup?! Makes no sense, just use bra sizes. I know so many people who feel the same way.

I ordered from ohpolly not too long ago and the material is nice but the sizing isn't that great, and also if you try to make a return you have to pay for shipping which isn't fair because you already pay a decent amount from their site, I paid 15$ just to return something that was too small. So I wouldn't buy from them again. Terrible site.

On the other hand, I'm sorry to hear the sizing wasn't right - we use UK sizes and have a conversion guide available on our website to assist our International customers. Additionally, we will also include sizing advice within each product description, for instance our satin pieces contain very little stretch so we typically recommend sizing up in these. Wouldn't refund

I bought a co ord skirt and top from this site, after having them a week or so I decided for the money (which I thought was pricey in comparison to other sites) I wouldn't wear them enough, and they looked quite cheap.
I returned both of them with the tags on within the returns policy and I was denied a refund for the top as they said it had been worn! I had literally tried it on a few times! The tags were still on the top as well! I emailed them and they didn't want to know.
I would stay away from this site because of this.
I've never had any problems with any other sites like PLT boohoo etc.

In the rare event an item arrives back at our warehouse in a less than perfect condition, we will pop it straight back to the customer so they're not left out of pocket. Awful sizing!

Ordered two dresses from Oh Polly over the last 3 months. There sizing guidelines never match the product. It cost for delivery and costs to return or even exchange a product for a different size!

First of all all dresses suits curves and they all are super sexy and feminine than shipping is super quickly and they keep you update, also even if once I had an accident courser fault they give me a refund immediately I'm super happy and I'm a big fan of them also I got frustrated when I see thousand of brands like babyboofashion who explicitly copied everything from oh Polly! They shouldn't be able to do so!

I bought two dresses off this website & i'm honestly pretty happy with them. I'm an American size 4 so I got an 8 and they both fit snug but I like the tightness of the dresses. On the one dress I ordered the straps broke after the first time i took the dress off but thankfully it looks better without straps. I have no complaints for the second dress but I haven't worn it yet. Although I actually like the quality of the dresses i definitely think for the price i paid the straps should NOT have broken. Like i said, I got lucky because I can still wear the dress and I was originally worried when I saw a lot of bad reviews about people being scammed. While i love my dresses i'd just be very careful and prepare for possible disappointment because there are a LOT of bad reviews and it costs $$$. But if you're willing to spend it then you might just end up loving your purchase :)

The quality of the clothes and bikinis etc is not good at all, prices are ridiculously expensive, their sizing is awful- they don't do sizes larger than a 16 and their clothes are SO TINY and fit terribly! Bo and Tee their "sport" brand is just as bad! All the sizes are super small fitting, not stretchy material, uncomfortable to wear and even sore! Totally impractical, and returns seem to be impossible. Don't waste your money on fast bad quality fashion!

Small Brit Tit

Brits must have small tits because all of the dresses were cute, but the cup size for a 34C would not hold my left nut! Now the girlfriend is stuck with no return shipping assistance and these Oh Polly morons are too stupid to even have a contact phone number. She is even ordering more dresses from them against my advice. Don't buy from these jack offs unless you are a flat chested waif with money to waste.

We use standard UK sizing and always include sizing guidance within each product description - ie. Our satin pieces contain little stretch so we recommend sizing up in these. For dresses containing cups, these are based on a D cup which is the average size in UK. If you're above a D cup, we'd always suggest sizing up in these styles. With regards to returns, you should've received a label within your package or alternatively you can create one on our website. We have a US returns address which is: Oh Polly c/o WN Shipping USA 475 Doughty Blvd Inwood, NY 11096 and refunds/exchanges are processed within approximately one week. I'm not a huge fan of trying new clothing places but after looking at hauls on oh polly made me feel confident about them. Nope I was wrong, I was so excited to see the package from them in the mail, and when I opened it, it wasn't what I ordered and completely wrong size. And I waited for a month to get it too. I'm so disappointed and upset because this was supposed to be my going out dress for my 21st Birthday and I'm stuck with a cheap shiny mermaid looking dress that I paid $50 for... so I will never order from here again. Save your money and time this place isnt worth it!
