I do not understand at all how this company has SUCH negative reviews. The quality is gorgeous, like not anything resembling fast fashion, the team was nothing but incredibly helpful when I had an issue with the straps on one (out of 10 orders) of my shirts (like legit above and beyond). Even told me to keep the original shirt that the strap had stopped on as the Covid crisis is making it a little hard to get to the post office. THEN gave me 20% my next order for the trouble on top of it... to the women complaining about the sizes being too small: it's UK sizing. Not sure how you missed that but the sizing chart is attached to literally every item. Maybe figure out your own measurements before writing $#*!ty reviews about a pretty decent company!
I actually bought 3 dresses from them, before things got weird and I am just in loveee! Haven't wore them all bc haven't been able to go out. I wore one for Easter! Love the material feel really soft and fits like a glove. I am 5'2 130 and got a size small... their colors are can't wait to buy more

Never again in my whole life I order on this site and I advise you against it! I ordered a white dress and I received a grey dress?! This is not normal! In addition I pay 20 for the dress + shipping is 10 so when I received this horrible dress I left at the second to send it to oh polly but they make me pay 20 to send it to them! So in the story I paid 30 just for shipping! I pay more for the shipping than the dress itself! And oh polly doesn't want to reimburse me so it's a site to flee 30 to the trash because of them!

They dont deserve the bad reviews they get. Their dresses are gorgeous and the quality is perfect. Lauren from customer service is very helpful and quick to sort out issues. My experience was amazing.

If I could give negative stars I would. Numerous emails sent with a generated email response back none of my questions answered. I was expecting my item within 10 business days it has not been 25 days with absolute zero correspondence. Never again

I purchased a pair of pants from another company and a coat from Oh Polly. I sent the pairs to Oh Polly in error with the prepaid label from the coat. I contacted them the same day item was shipped, they received the pants made me pay for new return label then they lost them! Told me to contact the store that the purchase was made from to give me new pants in good faith...

I bought a dress that I really needed. First of all I waited over a week for it and when I got it, It was tiny! I'm 155cm and is very small and I couldn't move with the dress on. It's basically expensive fast fashion. So disappointed and I don't recommend you to buy anything from that site. When I then returned the dress I had to pay 20 for shipping it back even though I only had to pay 8 for the shipping when I ordered the dress. A big scam and I'll probably have to wait for the refund

I ordered from this site for my bday! I ordered my correct size which is an 8, it was wayyyy too small! So me being a black girl I just figured their clothes ran small, for smaller petite women. Which a lot of these do. Because I really liked the items so I returned them. (still haven't received my refund) and I re ordered in a size 12. A whole 4 sizes larger then what I normally wear just so that way if it was too big I could just get it altered. No still wayyy to small. I am disappointed because I leave for Vegas tomorrow! Even more because I know they are like the same company as PLT/Boohoo and I love those sites! Very very unsatisfied. They will not get my business again.
I bought some clothes here for my daughter. And i can say their price expensive. I open the package and very shocked of what i see. Its not at all same on what they advertise on their site! Scammmmm! The color is off. Quality is bad. Very small cutting. Very bad sewing. God! Why they still even running ads. Their quality is super super bad. I wish everyone read review before ordering
Be very careful if you want to return something as you end up fighting with them to try and get your money back. I returned a top that they refused to accept as it had a very small mark on it. I couldn't have caused the mark as the top was tried on and removed immediately, yet they accused me of wearing it and Then returning it. This is simply not true. I believe the mark was there when we revived it but as I didn't closely inspect it before trying it on, I didn't see it. I had several email exchanges with them over a week and they refused to accept any responsibility and I am now left with a top I don't want and £35 out of pocket. Be very careful...
Took two weeks to reply to me with regards to my return and when they did they sent me an email saying the product looked worn... are they being serious I tried it on once and sent it back as I bought a few options to pick from. Not only did I have to pay for my return but they are not telling me the product I'd bought had been worn when it was sent back with the tags on. This two piece is a light pink blush so I fully made sure I tried it on fresh out the shower with zero make up tan etc on. And then it just happens to have a mysterious mark spear on it. CON ARTISTS
They charged me for a dress, then sent an email saying it's been cancelled (money had come out). I emailed to ask when my money would go back into my account they said 72 hours max nothing went in I emailed again they emailed to say it had been declined when clearly on my statement it was withdrawn. What a joke!
Would give 0 stars. My total was 47.99 with ship and handling fees, but somehow charged 61.16. Product didn't fit, returned it, sent multiple emails. CUSTOMER SERVICE NON EXISTENT. Comment on their insta page to respond to my DM and they delete it. Going to have to take the L on this one. Will definitely never shop with them again.
The website overwrites addresses and auto populates nearby locations, it has happened to me twice. However this time my husband ordered and didn't know this happened until he got the order confirmation. We have reached numerous times through email and social media and have not received any contact back. They dont provide a customer service number therefore if you have an issue you are just out of luck. Do yourself a favor and order anywhere else.
One of the worst websites I've ever ordered clothes from! 1. Came 2 weeks late! 2. Dress literally fell apart in 1 hour of wearing it and I mean it ( 1/2 sequins came off, zip broke and the dress ripped as the sticking was so weak) and jut to highlight I paid £60 for it therefore I expected the quality to be there. 3. Customer service is NON EXISTENT and I mean it, wrote 8 emails now within 3 weeks and still no response no neither one of them. I would definitely recommend to keep away from their website as it's a joke with horrendous pricing.
Paid $50 USD total for a bathing suit top and bottom off of this website only to find THREE random $#*!ing bathing suits (2 bottoms, 1 top) that I did not order in the bag. Does this website just throw random items into a bag and ship it? Seems like it. I won't even bother returning it since all of the reviews say people will never see a refund and that customer service is so bad. GOOD $#*!ING THING I GOT FREE ST TROPEZ TANNING SOLUTION BUT NOT THE SUITS I ORDERED. Absolute disgrace.
I returned my item a month ago. It did not fit. So I sent it back. I emailed them to inform them of my return. It took DAYS for them to respond. When they did respond, they asked me the same questions that I already answered in regards to my order number, name of item and postage information. I provided them with all that information and with pictures. The item was delivered to them and I still have not received a refund. Instead they keep emailing me the same questions I already answered. Stay far away from this website. Customer service is horrible and they don't want to refund my money. Unless you want to deal with this when your trying to return an item, don't order from them!
WARNING this website is a scam! The social media pages may look like they are a professional company they are not! I refunded an item of clothing a month a go and they have no refunded me. I have sent them 5 emails and no response! They are scammers absolutely cowboys! Do not order from here unless you want to lose your money
