Generac Charger
March 16, 2023

I was told the Generac charger was universal for several models, total was $148.00. Well it was the wrong part and I shipped it back, I was told it's now a used item and no refund. It's pictured with connectors on the wires however it doesn't have any and thats why they won't refund! Do yourself a favor and don't do business with these guys! I'd of given a zero if I could of!

Eric always provides great advice and the parts are as good if not better quality than the competitors... one warning, you DO need to understand what you are purchasing and how to put it together! DUMB $#*! GIRLS

Couldn, t even answer simple questions. Been hung up on twice, been directed and put on hold to talk to a tech and eventually hung up on, was told to go watch our video, s on our website,[i, m sorry, but i, m 63 years old and not very PC savvy]. Just wish i, d could talk to somebody that knows old mini bikes and not those DUMB $#*! GIRLS!

They answered my questions fast and gave me great answers with really fast shipping, they are in the us and I'm in Canada, but it already says it'll be here in 2 days when it just shipped, I am very excited try on the new predictor 212cc I just bought, overall great business, I will be buying from again.

Bob Cat Predator 7000

I seriously debated on a Zero Turn mower but finally decided to get one and it was the Bobcat Predator 7000
One of the best decisions I ever made It cut my mowing time from 7 hours down to less than 2 hours and the staff at OMB was very helpful and I got the best price any where in fact it was over 1000 dollars cheaper than anyone in New Jersey or Delaware. The people at OMB in Bristol, Pa were really nice and worked with me they even delivered it for me since i did not have a trailer big enough to hold it.
I have purchased parts and supplies from them before but never a big mower their service is excellent in all my dealings with them
I highly recommend them to anyone.

Hi, I have spent a ton of money@ OMB warehouse, short summary, I did not receive 1 order and they said since it was marked delivered there was nothing they could do, so I call fedex and they told me to wait 2 business days for them meaning fedex to go over my order to try to discover what happened, so I waited very patiently after waiting almost 1 month for OMB to send out my order, so fedex told me that they had marked my shipment as untraceable/ lost for me to contact the shipper meaning me contact OMB warehouse to have them reship my package because fedex was refunding my money for that order to OMB warehouse, so now I'm contacting OMB warehouse and OMB warehouse is ignoring my email, now I'm very upset, I spent a lot of money. I don't want a refund I just want my package, OMB warehouse is the WORST company I have ever delt with, OMB basically got paid from me then they took the money again from fedex and ignored me, what really sucks is I was doing this build with my son to have father son time and to teach my son how to work on his bike and OMB WAREHOUSE treated us like dirt, my son is really sad that he spent his own hard earned money on parts he never even received, now I have to find a different place to buy from, because OMB will not respond to me, even ERIC won't email me back. These people ARE NOT TOP NOTCH WHAT SO EVER.

The willingness to fix my order after they forgot so much, was 0. I spent hundreds and I got maybe $50 worth of it, literally Lowes packing tape and they wrapped a greasy engine mount in newspaper. Had they I don't know washed it, they wouldn't of had to do this. Wish 0 stars was an option because I wouldn't even give them that. Not to mention shipping, said FedEx then the ups man shows up 4hrs late man handling my package. I'm disgusted with this "business" if you would call it that. DO NOT ORDER FROM OMB Warehouse you will regret it.

Ordered a couple hundred in parts from OMB. Was disappointed when the parts arrived and 75% of my order was not there. Made contact with them, took them 2 days to ship the missing parts. Then shipped the parts using their slowest shipping option. I was already delayed two weeks for the parts and now have to add one more week onto it.

OMB's form of apology was a 20% off code for my next purchase. Assuming there would be more purchases made on their website.

FIND ANOTHER VENDER

I've over 6yrs after my daughter was born caught the Minibike bug. Like other comments I've seen past the guy running the Pennsylvania store has the personality of a bucket of water. There out for every nickel an dime out of you no passion as to your hobbies. Pay more if you have to people an deal with real people instead of you know what's.

Ordered a shop pack of spark plugs from this company and they just never bothered to send out my order. Charging almost $7 for spark plugs that are $2 at ANY local store is unethical and a joke!

I bought a billet rod. One of the bolts was slightly bent. Which I couldn't tell until it was installed and the crank wouldn't turn. They basically told me I get a zero warrantee on performance parts, even though it was their fault. If you have any problem whatsoever with your product. You might as well just forget about getting it replaced.
I am the president of a North West Indiana Group and you best believe that I will never endorse this company again and I am getting the word out there to everyone about this incident

Received the part fast, but it was the wrong part. I was asked to provide pictures, then told it was correct.
Even though i asked the lady to look closely at the part # stamped into the part (in the picture) and compare that to the number on the invoice, which IS the part i ordered.
She STILL argued with me,
When i told her it didn't physically FIT.

That wasn't enough. Now they want ME to pay for return shipping, OR take an in-store credit! (like i'd EVER do business with them again)
Completely disgusted with the lack of professionalism, i called Visa. They are backing me.

Most unethical and unresponsive company I have ever dealt with. Called about part confirmed pricing, told to order on-line which I did for same price. Order confirmed and my card was charged. 2 days later, I get email of mistake in price and that I need to pay additional $122 for Lawn tracker deck ordered. Called company and indicated as the price was confirmed twice and card was charged requested they complete order based on agreed current terms, that or have manage call me. A day later, I get a email indicating my order has been cancelled and charges refunded. Not only do they engage in illegal practices they are a completely unethical company. Learn from my mistake and use anyone but this company.

Customer service rep just wanted to cry about how they are a small family company instead of helping me with the problem. I paid a lot extra for the part I needed to be overnighted to my house and then after it shipped I find out it won't get to me for 3 days I called fedex and they told me it's a problem from omb I called omb and the little girl said she can't do anything for me she can refund the 4 dollar part but not the 25 dollars I paid for faster shipping and wanted to complain to me that they are a small family company sorry sweetie I don't care about how small your company is when you mess up you fix it but apparently y'all do not never order anything from this company use gopowerspots.com I told them my problem this Saturday morning and my part will be here the following day Sunday as an overnight package should be do not use omb warehouse just go to gopowersports.com

Terrible supplier

Items we ordered misrepresented on their website. FALSE ADVERTISING. We did not receive what we had ordered and what was offered on their site. When returning the items, we were told that we were responsible for return shipping. WHAT? You false advertise, ship something that is not correct, and expect the customer to pay return freight.
Never using them again.

I ordered tires from omb warehouse one of the tires I ordered were back ordered they did not say anything for 5 days I changed to a different tire that was cheaper they didn't ship my order till 4 days after that so I get my 2 tires and the one was right that I changed from the back order and the other was wrong they sent a cheaper version so they haven't returned the balance as of yet so tbc! Find a reputable company cause this one is not! Buyer beware

Recently purchase a carb for a Homelite 26 CC weed trimmer. I called the company after finding out that my engine was the problem and not the carb (engine wouldn't attempt to start) and was told in so many words that since I opened the package I "owned the part" and no return would offered. I was also told that after 30 days, no item can be returned as well. BUYER BEWARE! This is a unprofessional and deceitful company to deal with. There are many other good businesses to deal with and THIS ONE IS NOT one of them.
