Using onlinevitalus.com is an absolute waste of time. You fill out all the information online and all they do is put it onto a form and send it to you. You pay 47.00 for this service. You then have to take the form they send you and go get it notorized and mail it in with you additional money for birth certificates. It was a waste of money for me but i also should have done more research. I went and used the service through vitalchek and requires no leg work from you.

Not long ago, I decided to move from my hometown Ashford to the city of Montgomery in Alabama. And we all know the inconvenience of having to move. During the move, I lost several things, including my birth certificate. As you never know when you may need to provide additional proof of identity for a job or a bank related issue, I decided to get a new one. I trusted this company for it and honestly, I had a satisfying experience. Of course, it wasn't the easiest thing in the world because you have to fill the form by yourself, but anyway, I've got it.

When the payment wouldn't go through after using safari and chrome web browsers, I happened to call a phone number for the state I was trying to retrieve my docs... I was advised by the person in the state department, that "onlinevitalus" was NOT associated w/the US state, at all! I called the BBB, they said only deal w/". Gov" extensions. This co. Is NOT in the US, it is IN SPAIN! Hopefully, I won't get scammed on my cc nor my personal info. Am thinking of calling the FBI and or anywhere else I can to check these guys out!

To enroll my daughter at the Cheerleaders team, I was requested for her birth certificate. I was surprised by it, but the school told me that there's often asked for the age requirement. Anyway, I was extra busy so I didn't have time to go to the central offices here in Montana. So after looking online, this company seemed to offer a fast service. Once their team reviewed the application, I received by e-mail personalized and easy instructions to finally get the birth certificate. I see that there are more negative reviews than positive ones, but I can guarantee to anyone reading this that my experience was a good one. The shipping was a bit slow but in the end, their team made a good job.

Instructions so YOU CAN COMPLETE THE PROCESS." They do absolutely nothing. One can do the same thing for free by contacting the appropriate vital records department in the county in which one was born.

If I could give this company a -0 I would. They charged $49 for a form that is free on the TX website that I had already filled out. When I wrote them asking them about all of the work they presented to me in writing which was from the legit website, they didn't respond. All I got was a recording and while someone would call, they would hang up and then conveniently waited until they could leave a message. Even the Texas Dept of Vitals said they're scammers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Now I've got to lawyer up.

Well my dispute over their charge to my Old Card is still active. I did immediately cancel the card they charged to and subscribed to 2 Credit Monitoring services. On the day I was taken my card was charged $49.00, the next day, after I cancelled my card they recharged the same card $49.49. The Bank returned my money and I have use of it pending the outcome of the dispute. If you plan on fighting this type of scam there are a few things you can do to increase your chances of getting your cash back. Save all E-mails you receive, take Screen Shots of all information, i. E. Charges, receipt numbers, everything from the website itself and if you can check your bank account online, what you are billed by them and check it often. If you can catch them increasing their charges to you it will help. My spam emails have skyrocketed and most are pretty sick, the Monitoring services have notified and saved my information Twice from being sold on the Dark Web and my Bank now asks me to OK every charge to my new card before it goes through. Sounds like a lot of trouble but it's really not, I'd rather have this minor inconvenience than letting some scammers rip off my hard earned money. I'll give one last update when this business is concluded at the end of my 45 day dispute period.

All this site does is have you fill out an online form, that they then use to write your into into the actual state form, then they send you a link to a pdf version of the state form with your into already in there. Then YOU have to finish filling it out, THEN you have to PAY the state fees and mail it in on your own. You basically game the company $49 to show you where the application is, which is online/free to obtain. I thought they actually went and got the certificate for you, paid the fees, and mailed it to you. If I knew they literally did NOTHING I would have printed and sent in the form for just $25. TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT USE!
