I purchased a sweater on Nov 27th and after receiving an email saying the order was shipped on the 30th, the package did not move from a location since Dec 2. I was patient but finally called on Dec 8 since the package was still pending on FedEx, and they told me it was lost in shipping. I had to call myself to find that out. Since the item was no longer available all they could do was refund the money. I purchased the item for a gift and will now not be able to get anything in time. HORRIBLE experience. Never shopping with PacSun again.

They are the worst

I used two brand new gift cards online and it didn't work. I called them over and over for two weeks. They kept telling me that they would resolve the problem and they never did. Worst company ever. I want my money back now!

I ordered some clothes for my son who is in college. The clothes never got to him but PacSun would not investigate nor refund my money. They told me "our policy is to have you dispute the charge with your bank" - period. I purchase many items online from various companies and have never been told I have to dispute a charge because they don't want to handle it. Outrageous! And I, nor my kids, will EVER purchase anything from this disreputable company ever again. Buyer BEWARE!

Pacsun is full of $#*!

I ordered some pants for my boyfriend online and my order was comfirmed. An hour later I got an email saying my order was canceled and but I didn't get my money back so I called and pacsun was closed. I waited till Monday morning to call back and a guy picked up and fixed the problem. I had to reorder it and it charged me for 2 orders! The one I had canceled and the one I reordered! Pacsun never gave me my money back!

I WAS an extreimely loyal coustomer at Pacsun. I every trip i made, i'd spend $100 + and signed up for a new rewards program called my GSOM rewards and when u earn enough points you'll get a $5 off coupon. The only reason i shop at Pacsun is because of Brandy Melville. I go there to buy Brandy only and they had an "amazing sale" buy two get three free to lure me in. Now to my understanding thats buy two items in the sale section, get three additional items in the sale section free. Ive shopped this sale before and never had a problem. However the dumb kid on register told me i had too many items. So i thought to myself, im such an idiot and told him to take ONE item off. He then asked me for my rewards name and he couldnt look me up so he said "ill hook you up". In the end i bought 7 items with a grand total of $115. Well i get home and i only had 6 items in my bag. I immediatley texted my friend that worked there and asked why i was missing an item. This item was one of the FREE shirts i was elligable to recieve so there would be no problem right? His manager told me i never paid for it and to basically get screwed. So now i dont have the shirt i scoured the entire store for, i was told i was WRONG, AND i dont have my reward points. If that kid was gunna "hook me up" i wouldve gotten that shirt back no questions asked lol. Absolute $#*!ing rip off and i will not spend another dime there. I'm going to save so much money lmao.

We were planning for my daughter to pack for school out of the country. When she decided what to take to school, the summer had passed as well as our 60 day window to return the items. Even Nordstrom Rack and Target give 90 days. Even Urban Outfitters gives store credit. We are stuck with merchandise we don't want. Just beware of the window. Their clothes have gotten more expensive at a reduced quality too which is why we wanted to return them.

The manager and staff there are awesome! Mel was so helpful with assisting me in picking out clothes and doing an exchange later on in the week. The way she runs her team is admirably smooth and professional, go visit them if you're in the area!

PacSun has been in trouble for creating a shirt with upside down U.S. Flag on shirt. It was removed from store. Took my granddaughter in store for shopping and saw a shirt that said. I HATE EVERYONE. Really... What kind of people run this company Obviously they are not nice people. Shame on you. All my friends etc have been told not to shop with them

I find it appalling that a clothing store that caters to teenagers and young adults carries t-shirts with a woman's scantily clad chest on them. Why not keep it classy and carry clothing that promotes dignity and respect for all?

Terrible Quality

I visited the PacSun in the Tanger Outlet in Gulf Shores recently. I bought a package of two headbands for $12.99. One of which I was going to wear for beach pictures. When I went to put the headband on, it broke into 3 pieces. Never again will I buy from here. Cheap material and overly priced products (not just talking about the headbands, everything was overly priced).

Within an hour of placing an order at PacSun.com my credit card information was stole.
The bank traced it backed to PacSun. When I called them to alert them they were very aloof and didn't seem to care. I would NEVER order from this site again. Watch your credit card.

So a couple months ago my boyfriend and I went to Pacsun to get me an outfit for summer time. After much looking I found an adorable pair of tribal print jogger-style pants (LA Hearts brand) and I wanted them. So despite the $45.00 price tag my boyfriend bought them for me. I wasn't able to wear them for about 2 months after purchasing them because of the cold weather. So 2 months later me and my boyfriend went to a get together my friend was having and I wore my new pair of pants. About 3 to 4 hours of being there I went to the bathroom and realized that my pants had split all up the crotch and the front! I was so upset I had to borrow pants from my friend. So deciding that they ripped because I was dancing and moving around, I decided to sew them up and try wearing them again to go the mall a couple weeks later. I decided the mall would be a perfect place to wear them seeing as I would be doing no strenuous activity whatsoever other than just walking.

So a couple hours into being at the mall a friend of mine told me my pants were ripped. And I looked down at my left leg and saw that my pants had ripped all the way from my knee to the top of my thigh! I had to buy another pair of pants from a different store and wear those around the rest of the day. I was so angry at the terrible quality of these pants because I got the right size (I wasn't wearing them too small or anything) and they ripped due to cheap materials and crappy craftsmanship. Me and my boyfriend are both extremely displeased that we paid so much for them to just be ripped the 2 times I got to wear them. I will never buy there again.

My husband and I were going on our honeymoon so i bought a bunch of bathing suits from pacsun for the trip, about a month before we were leaving. As the time was approaching for us to leave i realized our suits had not come so i called the company. There had been a delay in their warehouse (of over a week!) and they could not promise my order would get to me in time. I therefore ordered a completely identical order but had this one over nighted.

When we got home our first order was there and of course I returned it, this was in early may. In early june i receive an email saying i had been refunded. I could not find the refund in my account so i called pacs. SIX TIMES i called to get my money back FINALLY weeks and calls later someone told me that corporate had said the money was put back into my account but they could not tell me which account that was for security reasons.

The reason i had to make the order in the first place was their error and now that money is gone. I will NEVER shop here again and i warn noone else go there! I will tell as many people as i can about my experience. The suits are cool but it is NOT WORTH IT. SHOP AT QUICKSILVER or anywhere else but here!

I have bought pretty much a lot of things so far from this site and everything was fine!

I returned stuffs too and the customer service was fine too! I got the refund around 5 or 6 weeks after.

The quality... hmmm you would have to think about it carefully. My black jean I bought from them (bullhead denim) has been ripped after a year, the material is not the best also.

In conclusion, I love the styles so I shopped here quite often, the quality is not the best and sometimes they have problems with their goods but I get no trouble in returning and getting refund.

I wish 0/5 stars were an option. They cancelled my order, and then when I called to replace the order 7/18 items I ordered were gone. They cancelled the order for no reason. I called the cancellation department and they proceeded to transfer me back and forth to departments, not once fixing my problem. When I asked to speak to a supervisor she simply reiterated exactly what the previous 4 people had told me. She did nothing to make it right by the customer and did not take any extra measures to try to make my experience a good once. I probably won't come back to pacsun after this.

I used to love everything about this store until recently. Going into a store location is still okay but DO NOT ORDER! I ordered 2 sweaters for my brother as a christmas gift on December 20th and paid for 2 day shipping (2 DAY SHIPPING) Christmas is on the 25th and today ( December 28th) it is still not here! It was a waist of money, my brother leaves back to college 8hours away in 2 days, and my gift is set to be here in 2 days! SMH, pacsun sucks when you order online.
I called customer service and was on hold for 3hours, and they said they couldnt help me! WHAT! NEVER ORDER PACKAGES FROM PACSUN, ONLY GO IN STORE!

Ordered 3 different sizes of jeans 3 different times and they all fit like one size. I wear an 11 in everything else but a size 15 wouldn't fit over my leg. And on top of that they wouldn't return them. I will never shop here again

Terrible online experience. I waited 2 1/2 weeks for two pairs of stockings. They told me they process the order and send you a confirmation email in a day. It took four days and I still had no email. When I called the woman was not helpful at all and ignored what I was saying she just kept reminding me to fill out the survey after the phonecall. She then told me that i would get my package on the 9th the earliest and the 15th the latest. It never came. When I tracked my order it said I would get it the 16th. All of this trouble for stockings, not using this site again.
