I have purchased many outfits for my daughter and family matching outfits! The clothes are so cute and great quality. I've only had one issue with receiving my order and it was the postal service mistake. Genalie from PatPat was quick to resolve my issue and get me my refund!

I've ordered a number of items at PatPat, and I wondered how they could provide cute clothes at much lower prices than many companies. I did some digging, and I found that PatPat provided very vague answers to journalists regarding the conditions of its workers. I don't plan to order from them again because I only want to support companies that provide fair wages and tolerable working conditions for their workers.

It's a fraud!

I have never received the goods.
They say the address is not correct (which is not true).
I contactd the service center and they said that they are not going to send me the goods and that I had lost all the money!
No refund!

I do not recommend this website. The deliveries come from china, so not good quality at all, and most likely made by children or adults that must work in terrible conditions. I ordered my items in May, it is already mid July and I am still trying to get it. The delivery also got stuck in customs at the airport, I had to fill in a bunch of information that I did not have, and pay a lot to get to get it cross country.

I am terribly disappointed and I also did not have any help from the website customer service or live chat agents.

Do not buy from this website.

Awful company.
I received summer clothes made of polyester very hot. They didn't fit right so I tried to return. I had paid with prepaid Visa that was thrown out so they would not refund me in any other way. Completely unreasonable. They are not human just a computer telling you the same thing over and over and giving a dam. They essentially stole my money.

Terrible

I ordered almost $100 worth of clothes and shoes from them & never received it. A never ending battle between them and the post office, so I ultimately took a loss on $100. Terrible & I refuse to ever use their site or app again.
