I purchased clothes from patpat and make account on patpat. I reached Lv3 level as they mentioned members can get extra benefits. But unfortunately they doesn't support for customers and manipulating their own policy. I was on Lv3 level and can get free bday gift for my kid. But surprisingly they are not gave me any notifications on my kid bday as I put all deatil on patpat profile. When I asked their team for customer benefit they refused to give me. Now onwards I will never buy any products from patpat. Because it's high price, high shipping charges and small clothes size.
